I did not receive the package that was supposedly delivered today at 2:08 PM to Renee Anderson at [redacted] Xenium Lane North, #3, Maple Grove, MN [redacted]. Despite being home all day, the package is not at either entrance of my residence. The box would be of a good size. My entrance (#3) is located at the back of the house, and the UPS driver who delivers correctly is the gentleman working Monday to Friday during the day. I have checked neighboring houses as well but found no packages on their front steps. According to UPS tracking information: Aug-01 14:47 PDT Carrier: UPS Tracking number: 1ZR85748YW[redacted]2 Kindly locate the missing package and deliver it to the correct address. I recently received a package containing 3 x 1.5-gallon bottles of Clorox bleach, but unfortunately, one of the bottles was leaking during transit. When I went to bring the package inside, I noticed it was soaking wet and the bleach had leaked onto the chair it was placed on, as well as the chair seat pad and the carpet underneath. I immediately flushed everything with water, but the extent of the damage to the chair, pad, and rug is still unclear. This situation should have been avoided, as more than half a gallon of bleach leaked from the bottle inside the package.

I received my PayPal invoice stating that my order was shipped to the correct address, and UPS details show it was delivered. However, I have not received the package and have checked everywhere. I have emailed the only available contact but have not received a reply. Is there any way to get information from the delivery employee about where they may have left the package? I have all the necessary proof of purchase in my emails. Thank you.

I ordered flowers for a dear friend battling cancer with Next Day Air delivery. The package was labeled fragile. The tracking number is 1Z728Y2Y[redacted]. Despite four people being home, the driver noted no one was available at the attempted delivery on 7/29/[redacted]. The package was left at a UPS access point in Arcadia, CA on 7/30, two days after the promised date. After contacting UPS on 7/30, I was informed the delivery would be on 7/31 but was postponed until 8/3. The package was not at the access point on 7/31, and when the recipient went to collect it, they faced difficulties due to a discrepancy in the last name. The flowers were damaged upon receipt. I request a refund for the flowers and shipping due to the multiple delivery issues and poor customer service encountered.

I shipped a package containing medication to my 84-year-old father in Panama, but it hasn't arrived after over a week. I paid $[redacted].51 for medications worth $93.00 that he urgently needs and couldn't get in Panama due to a missing invoice. The package was sent via UPS, but it seems there was an issue with including the invoice. I have been in touch with UPS in Panama and the store I used in the USA, but haven't received a resolution. The staff in Panama has been helpful, but the US staff seems confused and unhelpful, directing me back to Panama. If I had been properly informed by the UPS store in the USA, I might not have used their services. My father still hasn't received his vital medications due to UPS not providing the necessary invoice. The conflicting information from UPS in Panama and the USA is very frustrating.

I reside in Boise, Idaho, and my address is [redacted] West Hays Street, Apartment 6. The UPS delivery personnel consistently deliver my packages to the incorrect apartment. My apartment is situated behind the front set of apartments (also [redacted] West Hays Street) and can be identified by the number 6 displayed on my door. Despite this, UPS continues to leave packages at the front apartments, causing inconveniences and even resulting in a knee injury due to the added effort required to retrieve my package. I have contacted the UPS toll-free number three times with little resolution, receiving repetitive explanations such as the possibility of new or different drivers. I have provided additional delivery instructions on the Amazon website, but the issue persists. Today, I spoke with a representative and was given case number 1-[redacted]9, but I seek further action to rectify this ongoing problem. Sincerely, Debby J.

1z731E[redacted]17 I was disappointed with the way my package was delivered. It was left leaning against my garage door, which is unacceptable considering we have a doorbell. Being elderly and disabled, I couldn't inspect it immediately. Sadly, the package was damaged, with the box in bad shape, wet, and open. I wouldn't have accepted it in this condition. Our package was supposed to arrive on Friday, August 14th, but they didn't leave it, citing "Receiver was not available for delivery." Then on Monday, August 17th, it was out for delivery, only to be delayed by one business day. Today, it should finally be delivered. We are puzzled as to why it wasn't left on Friday. This delivery is for our business, and there are occasional short absences from the building. We have no control over when someone can be present, so the driver should leave the package if no one is available. Secondly, what caused the delay yesterday? We've had previous UPS delivery challenges in this area, sometimes requiring multiple attempts for successful delivery. We hope to avoid a repeat of these issues.

I am extremely frustrated about my delayed package delivery. Earlier today, I spoke to a representative who assured me that someone would call me by 4 pm to resolve the urgent issue, but it's now after 5 pm, and I haven't received any updates. The driver refused to deliver my package to the specified address without reason, and it's a birthday gift for my grandson. I urgently need it tonight. If delivery is not possible, I request it to be held at the UPS station in St Joseph, Michigan, and released to Jennifer Watson tomorrow. I am disappointed with the lack of communication and assistance.

I am awaiting a UPS delivery scheduled for Tuesday, August 18, tracking number 1Z82W[redacted][redacted]. Due to street resurfacing in our subdivision, the delivery was missed, with a notification claiming an invalid address. After confirming the address in the system, the package did not make it onto the truck when the street opened the next day. It has been nearly 24 hours with no update on the delivery status. I verified the correct address, but the package is still pending. Why was it not included in today's delivery and when can I expect to receive it?

Recently, using the UPS website has become frustrating for me due to the changes. As a loyal customer of UPS for over 14 years with account number [redacted], I'm finding it cumbersome. Previously, I could easily access my account on ups.com without unnecessary steps. Now, I have to select my location, sign in, and navigate through multiple steps to view our account information or track shipments. The process to check shipping records or track a package has become needlessly complex. Additionally, the website seems to default to costly Saturday delivery even when Monday delivery would suffice. This feels like a ploy for UPS to charge extra fees. Moreover, the changes in pricing and billing methods, especially for documents like UPS Next Day Letter, are concerning. Waiting for the final bill to know the actual cost seems unfair. I'm considering switching to FedEx due to these ongoing issues. UPS's current services and pricing are disappointing to me as a long-time customer.

I am extremely disappointed with UPS. Twice in one week, a UPS driver left my packages at [redacted] Gibler Rd Kamiah, Idaho [redacted], just wrapped in plastic on the front steps. The contents, expensive clothing for my sons and myself, were damaged by my dogs due to poor handling. Some shirts are torn, dirty, and drooled on. Worst of all, one of my Presa Canario puppies got sick from ingesting the plastic. This 4-month-old puppy is irreplaceable and now too ill to travel with us to our cabin. I demand a swift resolution to this matter as my pets are like family to me.

Today, the delivery driver failed to attempt the delivery of my package. No doorbell was rung, no knock was heard, and only a missed delivery notice was left on my door. Despite two individuals being present, the driver did not make an effort to hand over the package before driving off. I am requesting that the package be redelivered today, rather than waiting until Monday. This has been a recurring issue with signature required packages in the past. Additionally, I would appreciate a change in our route's delivery driver, as the current one's service is lacking.

I forgot to include #2, the apartment number, in my address, resulting in the package being returned to the sender for the second time. In the past, many packages were left outside without any issues and did not require a signature. However, this time, instead of leaving the package on my steps, the delivery person knocked on my neighbor's door, but she was not home to receive it. The address is for the house, and I am the second door, which may be causing confusion. This has happened 5 or 6 times, leading to two returns to the sender. The package was supposed to arrive 20 days ago, and I am not very comfortable with technology. I kindly ask for the assistance of a human employee, if possible. Thank you.

My package was scheduled for delivery today (8/29) between 2-6pm EST. Upon checking the tracking status, it showed a delivery attempt at 2:43pm EST, citing "receiver unavailable." I can confirm that no attempt was made as I was present on my front porch at that time, as well as before and after the supposed delivery time. I have been home all day, and my video doorbell confirms that no one rang the bell. Additionally, no delivery notice was left as per company policy.

I sent back a package on April 20th, [redacted], however, it has not reached its destination. A shipping label was generated on June 20th, [redacted]. Despite visiting the UPS location multiple times, I was informed that my package is lost. The recipient requires delivery information before processing a refund. I am frustrated as I couldn't resolve this issue online due to an existing account I didn't create. The phone system was equally unhelpful, leading me in circles with no resolution. I possess the tracking number (1ZV8420Y[redacted]) and drop-off date (04/20/20), but without delivery details, I cannot get a refund. This situation is extremely upsetting. I urge for prompt action to either locate and deliver the package or refund the $[redacted].00 value of the item.

I paid for guaranteed delivery for a package that was supposed to arrive today. Unfortunately, it has not been delivered, and the tracking information shows it is delayed. I have already spoken to 2 customer service representatives, but they were unable to assist me. This situation has put my entire job on hold, and if I cannot complete it by Friday's deadline, I risk losing my biggest account. I urgently need this package overnighted from its current location. My business is at stake, and this delay is causing significant jeopardy.

I receive medication sent from Malvern, PA to Valrico, FL monthly via UPS NEXT DAY AIR SAVER. The package weighs 20-25 lbs and has ice packs. Lately, the delivery driver has been leaving it behind my storm door, making it hard for me to reach. I'm disabled and can't navigate the storm door easily. I've even set up a table to the right of the door for deliveries. I request the driver to leave it there, as I usually leave a note on the storm door to ring and knock for assistance in bringing the package inside promptly.

I had a package delivered to my machine shed, but it was left exposed on a concrete square instead of on my front porch with a roof. There is no number on the shed, although my gate and porch are clearly numbered. This happened last week with my neighbor's package too. The tracking number is 1Z065-[redacted]-[redacted]. The delivery person seems reluctant to walk as they can easily toss packages off at the shed without much effort. I paid $36.00 for this delivery on September 2nd, but it arrived on the 8th, all wet due to the stormy weather. The bird seed inside cost $72.99, and now I'm worried it might get moldy. I ordered a phone from QLink ZTE and they provided me with tracking number [redacted][redacted][redacted]. I have not received the iPhone as promised within three days by UPS. It is now the 10th, and the expected shipping date was supposed to be on September 4th at 01:00 AM. I reside at [redacted] Lafayette Ave. Lower Rear, Buffalo, NY [redacted]. My doorbell does not work, so the UPS delivery person usually shouts my name. Due to my disability, it takes me a few minutes to get to the door, but I always manage to receive my packages.
