Recently, the delivery driver left my package outside my garage instead of bringing it to my front door, even though it was marked as perishable frozen food. Unfortunately, this is the second time this has happened and resulted in the package being completely thawed by the time I found it. As a frequent customer who receives several deliveries per week, I'm disappointed by this recurring issue. I expect a higher level of service and will reconsider using UPS for future deliveries unless this matter is addressed satisfactorily.

I made a purchase on Amazon, and the package was due to be delivered today. Unfortunately, the delivery driver did not stop at my house. I tried to flag her down, but she drove away. I need to locate the tracking number so I can call and inquire about why the package was not delivered. It seems that this particular delivery person often has trouble finding my address, unlike the male delivery driver who is able to locate it without any issues.

I received a notification from UPS at 5:41pm saying my package was delivered, but later the sender informed me that it wasn't due to no one signing for it. Despite being home, I found no delivery attempt note on my door, and no one had knocked. I discovered a missed delivery note at the building entrance, indicating they didn't even try reaching my door. I had provided my door code in my UPS profile, so they should have been able to access the building. The delivery is rescheduled for tomorrow, so I hope they make a genuine effort to contact me this time. I want to ensure they have the necessary access information and make a proper delivery attempt. At 5:41 p.m., my UPS tracking information was updated to show that a package I was expecting had been delivered. However, at 5:49 p.m., I received an email confirming the delivery. Later, the sender informed me that UPS was unable to deliver the package because no one was available to sign for it, despite me being home with no note left on my door. I checked the front door and found a "sorry-we-missed-you" note. I had provided the door code in my UPS profile for access to the building. Delivery will be reattempted tomorrow. To address the issue, I would like UPS to ensure the driver enters the building and knocks on my door or calls me when they arrive. If another note is left without any attempt to reach me, I will be dissatisfied. During today's call, I request UPS confirm they have the necessary information for the driver to enter the building and successfully deliver the package. Thank you.

I placed an order from the United States and arranged for delivery in Spain (Mallorca) through "UPS Worldwide Expedited®." The package was expected to arrive in 2-3 days, but it has been stuck in Barcelona, Spain for the past 8-9 days with a status of "Held in Warehouse." The tracking message suggests that UPS is waiting for instructions. I received an email asking for more details regarding the export and dispatch, mentioning a commercial invoice and export DUA, but I only have the tracking number 1Z53X[redacted][redacted]. I placed the order on June 25th and as of July 12th, the package has still not been delivered.

I sent parcel 1Z5776W[redacted]2 for a guaranteed 4-day delivery to a US customer on 6/05/20. It was collected on the same day, but the UK Border Force held it due to a seized rifle magazine. The parcel was released on 30/05/20, arrived in Philadelphia on the same day, traveled to Louisville on 31/05/20, and had regular scans thereafter. Despite this, my customer informed me on 8th July that they had not received it. After contacting Prafull Maisuria from UPS, the parcel was finally delivered. UPS promised a full refund if deliveries exceed the 4-day guarantee. It is disappointing that it took 38 days for an empty rifle case to reach the US, especially after UK Border Force wrongly seized and then returned the magazine. Additionally, UPS made an error by sending it to the wrong address. I paid £61.95 for postage and would like a refund. Sincerely, N. McGregor.

I ordered an item worth $[redacted].00 from Guava Family in San Diego, and was initially told it would arrive by July 11, [redacted]. The delivery was rescheduled to July 13th by 9:00pm. Upon returning home around 6:00pm on the 13th, I saw a UPS truck following me, assuming it was my delivery. By 9:00pm, nothing arrived, and the tracking still showed it was out for delivery. Checking again at 10:00pm, it claimed the package was already delivered, but it wasn't at my porch. Luckily, my neighbor had received and brought over the package mistakenly dropped at their house. I appreciate having honest neighbors, but disappointed with the delivery service.

Regarding Account #TD6-88K I reside in Puerto Vallarta but use a mail service in Houston, TX. They informed me about a received package which they opened and faxed its contents to me. The package contains a delivery confirmation No. 1ZTD688KD[redacted]25. This pertains to my late husband, Philip Williams, who passed away on April 19, [redacted]. I am uncertain about this delivery and concerned if someone might be misusing his account. The delivery date listed is 06-29-20. The single invoice enclosed states, "Thank you for using UPS. The charges for the following Confirmation of Delivery responses are included in your UPS Delivery Bill for the week ending 07-11-20. Responses Enclosed." However, there was no enclosure included. If this bill is legitimate, I would like to inquire about the credit card used as all of his cards have been closed since his passing. Thank you for your assistance in clarifying this issue.

On June 22, [redacted], I posted a package at the UPS store in Lebanon, PA. Unfortunately, the package has not reached its destination, and the UPS store informed me that they cannot track it once it leaves their facility. The tracking number for the package is 1Z6V52E[redacted]9. It was a return to QVC, but I am unsure of the specific return destination. I have been unable to reach anyone at either the UPS store or QVC to get information on the package's whereabouts. I urgently need a response as there is a time limit for the return to be delivered for a refund. Please locate my package and ensure its delivery promptly.

I am seeking clarification regarding a package I sent recently. On July 6th, I dispatched a package bound for Durres, Albania with an expected delivery on Monday. The tracking information reveals a delay in Vienna, Austria, where on July 10th, the package missed its scheduled plane loading. Despite passing import and destination scans in Tirana, an export scan is noted in Vienna. I'm experiencing an issue with a shipment I'm expecting. Two packages were shipped from New Jersey a week ago with tracking numbers 1Z[redacted][redacted] and 1Z[redacted][redacted]. The first package was delivered to my door yesterday, but the second package is being sent to a local access point at [redacted] San Pablo Ave, El Cerrito for pick-up tomorrow. However, the tracking information now shows that the package is being returned to the sender because it wasn't picked up at the access point. I was unable to pick it up since it wasn't even available at the access point yet. It seems like there was an error in the delivery process. I assume the access point was closed when the delivery was attempted, but I don't understand why no second attempt was made to deliver to either my apartment or the access point. I am in urgent need of this shipment for fulfilling customer orders. Please take the necessary steps to ensure the shipment reaches me promptly. It's frustrating to have it sent back after just one delivery attempt. I would appreciate a prompt response on how this issue will be resolved.

I sent two packages to a company in Mumbai, India, believing they were eager to receive them. The packages went unclaimed and are now labeled as "abandoned" in New Delhi. I am trying to retrieve them. UPS in New Delhi stated that certain documents are required for the release and advised contacting UPS USA, which I did with no response for weeks. I am eager to get my packages back as they were not collected by the intended recipient. I can use the materials elsewhere and am willing to pay for their return. Dear Macys.com, On July 2nd, I made a purchase totaling $[redacted].66 for 4 items on your website with expedited shipping. It has been 19 days since then, and I have yet to receive my order. I need assistance with a misdelivered package. The tracking number is 1Z 13X [redacted] NY [redacted], and it was erroneously left on my front porch. I contacted customer service two days ago, as the package is marked "2nd Day Air" and has special instructions if the seal is broken. I spoke to a representative around 12:30 p.m. California time on Tuesday, informing them that due to my disabilities and concerns about Covid-19, I could not retrieve the package from where it was wrongly delivered. The representative assured me that the package would be picked up that same day, but no one has come yet. The correct delivery address should be [redacted] N. Avenue 49, [redacted]. However, the package is currently at my address on the front porch chair as agreed, located at [redacted] N. Ave. 49, Los Angeles, CA [redacted].

I have previously raised a concern about the delivery service. The delivery person consistently disregards my instructions, leaving heavy packages by the gate. Due to my age and difficulty walking, I specified in my UPS Instructions to lift the latch on the gate, walk down the driveway, and leave the package by the garage. Unfortunately, packages are often left by the gate in the rain without any cover or, as it happened yesterday, by the front door instead of the garage. It seems they are not reading the instructions at all. I had to ask for help to move the package to the garage area. This heavy delivery from Petco occurs every 3 weeks, and another heavy one from Amazon once a month. My previous delivery person always got it right; I wonder what happened to them. I am feeling extremely frustrated and upset by this situation.

I am currently trying to locate my package, as I'm unsure whether it will be delivered to my home or the local access point. The tracking number is 1ZX601X[redacted]1. On Monday, 7-27-20, there was an attempted delivery at my home, but I was not present. A note was left indicating a delivery for 7-28-20. However, upon checking online on 7-28-20, it was noted that the package was supposed to go to the local access point. After contacting them the same day, they confirmed they did not have the delivery. Today, when attempting to track the package, it states that the delivery was missed and is being directed to a local access point. Despite being home all day awaiting the delivery, there have been no updates. I am confused about the status and destination of my package. Our driver consistently refuses to deliver packages to our designated location, opting to leave them at inconvenient spots due to the presence of our dog, even though the dog is indoors during delivery times. Despite being instructed by the local distribution center to deliver to the house, the driver ignores these directions. This ongoing issue has persisted for over a year, with no resolution in sight as the driver claims union protection. The situation is intolerable, leading us to seek alternative mailing services. The most recent incidents include leaving crucial light fixtures in an unsafe location and attaching a box of live flowers to the mailbox on a busy road. Your assistance is greatly needed.

Hello, I am reaching out for assistance with a delivery matter at my address in Uncasville, Connecticut. Three years ago, I kindly requested deliveries to be brought inside at the top of five steps due to my disability. This arrangement has been consistently followed by various delivery services until recently, when UPS has been leaving packages outside the back door, causing damage to items in the rain. I have ordered two packages of sanitizer, but neither has been delivered. It's concerning that both orders from the same vendor are missing. Could it be that someone knows the contents of the packages or the driver is involved? Tracking number 1Z035Y[redacted]39 was scheduled for delivery on 7/21/20 but never arrived. I received a text stating the item was damaged. Regarding tracking number 1Z035Y[redacted]11, the seller sent a replacement on 7/22/20. It reached the Lancaster SC office on 7/27/20 at 8:12 am, listed as out for delivery. I live just 12 miles south of there, but no attempt was made. I spoke to a representative this morning who mentioned sending a claim form via email as she couldn't locate the tracking information. This is the second order with issues from this company. Tracking number 1Z772R[redacted]71. I received a notification that the package had been delivered and left at my front door. Despite searching for over an hour, I couldn't find it. I was on the verge of starting a claim when I decided to go out for a while. Upon returning, I checked my mailbox and discovered the package there. This was odd because my mailbox is located about [redacted] feet from my front door down a steep driveway, while my front porch spans 50 feet and is covered. I live on a vast property of 20 acres with no other houses in view. I am perplexed as to why the delivery person indicated the package was at my front door when it was actually left in the mailbox far away, causing unnecessary frustration.
