I am 85 years old, homebound, and reliant on packages being delivered to my condo. I have no issues with deliveries from AMAZON, WHOLE FOODS, and USPS, but UPS consistently leaves my packages at the wrong address, causing me great inconvenience. This has been an ongoing problem for years, and I am at a loss as to why UPS drivers are not able to deliver to my correct address. It is impacting my health and well-being, and I am constantly having to return items and go without. I live at [redacted] Prairie Square APT [redacted] in Schaumburg, IL [redacted], and I am always available to receive deliveries. I hope this issue can be resolved promptly. Thank you.

Dear Sir or Madam, I would like to address an issue regarding an order I recently placed with Liberty Puzzles – Order #[redacted]. Last week, the UPS tracking number for the package, 1ZX8V[redacted][redacted], showed that it was delivered to the wrong address by the UPS Delivery person. Despite monitoring the online tracking and being home during the expected delivery time, the package was marked as delivered at 11:12 A.M. in an email without actually arriving at my house. After contacting UPS Customer Service and speaking with a representative named "Queemi", it was evident that the driver had wrongly delivered the package to a neighboring house. Despite numerous efforts to locate the package, no resolution was reached, and the driver did not return to assist. Subsequently, a neighbor returned the package, which was left at "[redacted] Old Landing Road". The misdelivery resulted in considerable inconvenience and frustration. I believe that UPS bears responsibility for this error, totaling $[redacted].23, and the lack of follow-up or apology is disappointing. We have noticed our packages are consistently being left outside in the weather, contrary to our delivery instructions. Yesterday, two packages with tracking numbers [redacted][redacted][redacted] and [redacted][redacted]29 were left near our truck instead of at our front door as indicated. Unfortunately, heavy rain overnight left the packages exposed. A previous delivery was also left on an exposed landing, not the front door. The contents were luckily undamaged, but we request future deliveries to be left in a safe, dry location. We kindly ask the driver to take the time to bring packages to our front door rather than leaving them exposed to the elements.

I purchased a Handcrafted personalized Chess Set from the ChessPlayer Store in Poland. The package was shipped from Krakow to Warsaw on 29/11/[redacted] and then to America via USPS with tracking number LX[redacted]33PL. The package arrived at ISC New York on 24 Dec. [redacted] and moved to the Queens New York Regional Facility on 25 Dec. [redacted], departing on 26 Dec. [redacted]. The last tracking update on 30 Dec. [redacted] mentioned it was in transit to the next facility. Since then, there have been no updates, and it's currently 15 January [redacted]. I am wondering about the current location of my package. I am a small business owner who has encountered issues with a claim being denied by UPS. Despite using UPS for a few years, I've faced minor problems with damages, all of which were easily resolved. However, a recent incident involving a $1,[redacted].00 shipment from South Carolina to Washington state has left me frustrated. The item was meticulously packaged with layers of insulation, styrofoam, and secured internal components; yet, it sustained damage from a significant drop during transit. I kindly request that local drivers refrain from leaving packages at the light post near the top of the driveway in a plastic bag exposed to rain and dirt. Linda Montgomery is the account holder located at [redacted] Fales Road, Snohomish, WA [redacted], with a My Choice Premium subscription. Despite contacting customer service three and four weeks ago, there have been no improvements. Our driveway is accessible to the fire department vehicles. Tracking Number: 1Z447F[redacted]26 I attempted to contact UPS Customer Service three times but was met with a response of "I am unable to understand...". Even when others called on my behalf with the same tracking number, they received the same response. Despite being at home with a reachable phone line at 3:47 pm on the supposed delivery date, the driver claimed a delivery attempt was made without leaving the package due to no signature. No call was attempted as instructed by the clearly posted contact method. My delivery instructions on UPS MyChoice are consistently disregarded by drivers. I demand my package be delivered as originally scheduled for today, no exceptions. In case of inability to fulfill this request, mark the package with a note indicating UPS's refusal for home delivery, and fraudulent attempts by the driver, before returning it to the sender. Make a note in your records to automatically return packages if delivery instructions are not followed, emphasizing the disregard for UPS MyChoice directions. Late deliveries will not be accepted due to UPS's negligence.

I received a large box containing precious moments figures that I won at an online auction. Unfortunately, the box was damaged upon arrival and 3 items inside were broken. I obtained the shipping receipt and believed I had filed a claim. After contacting the Carbondale, IL location, I was instructed to call the provided [redacted] number to file the claim. Despite mentioning that I had photos of the box and items, I was informed that they were not necessary. After a month with no resolution, I called the [redacted] number again and was advised to contact the original store for a resolution. When I reached out to the store, I was told to restart the claim process and to have the packaging and items on hand, which left me frustrated. It's disappointing that having insurance on the items didn't expedite the process, and now I am at a loss of 3 irreplaceable items purchased at a significant cost.

I recently received a package via UPS with an incorrect zip code of Caseyville instead of Collinsville. Despite confirming my identity, Direct Express erroneously sent my new debit card with the correct address but the wrong zip code. The package must now be returned to the shipper, causing me a great deal of distress as a homeless individual reliant on this card. Facing the winter on the streets, I urgently need this card for vital financial transactions. Please assist me in retrieving the card from UPS promptly to avoid further delays and complications. There seems to have been an error with the zip code on my package which is causing it to be undeliverable. I urgently need my Direct Express debit card with $1,[redacted] to cover my expenses, including my upcoming stay at a recovery program in Davie, Florida. I am struggling to reach Direct Express to resolve this issue promptly. I have already arranged for my transportation, room, and classes at the recovery program. Tracking number 1Z[redacted][redacted] indicates delivery to Calais Town Office on Friday, Feb 7. Unfortunately, the office is closed on Fridays. As the package recipient, I need it delivered to [redacted] Robinson Cemetery Road, Calais, VT [redacted]. Working on the Town Hall reconstruction, I require the door panic bar in the package for installation this weekend. How can I update the delivery address promptly to receive it at the correct location?

Tracking Number: 1Z1480EYW[redacted]3 I was expecting this delivery at the post office on Tuesday, but there was a delay. I discovered that the package never left Ontario, CA, potentially ending up at a local post office there. I urgently need to know which post office it was delivered to so I can pick it up today. I had difficulty determining whether I was communicating with a person or an automated system. One representative advised me to find the postal tracking number on the UPS website, which I struggled with. Another suggested a website that required payment for information, which I found unhelpful. Lastly, a representative mentioned that UPS' responsibility ceases once the package is handed off to the post office, which I disagree with. I believe their responsibility only ends when I receive my package.

I am seeking a refund for a UPS shipment with tracking number 1ZP55TN[redacted]3. It was expedited for next day air on 02/04/19, with UPS taking possession on the same day. Despite reaching out multiple times, I have not received assistance regarding this matter. I have invested numerous hours trying to resolve this simple issue to no avail. The package arrived two days later and I was charged an extra $2.88 on top of the $30.00 for next day air. Thus, I am requesting a reimbursement for the delayed delivery and the additional fee incurred. UPS failed to fulfill the next day air service I paid for and I am eager to receive a refund for their failure to do so.

I have relied on UPS for shipping for many years. Recently, I started encountering a security block message on most of my shipment attempts, accompanied by the following notification: "UPS internal security measures prevent the processing of this shipment. If you believe you have received this message in error, contact UPS at 1-[redacted] (UPS: [redacted])." Unfortunately, the provided phone number only leads to a voicemail, and I have not received a callback. My account is up to date, and all the registered cards are functioning correctly. Although I managed to send one shipment successfully, the second one was blocked.

I had a time sensitive package scheduled for delivery yesterday, and UPS mentioned an issue with the address. I explained that it's a school open from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM. When I spoke to a customer service representative, they stated the delivery timeframe is from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM. I require assurance that the package will arrive before 2:00 PM.

I posted an envelope for overnight delivery on 2/5/20, with tracking number 1Z8E[redacted][redacted], expecting it to arrive on 2/6/20, but it did not reach the destination. The envelope contained legal documents and a check. The shipping cost was $30.80, and I had to pay an additional $[redacted] to have the check reissued. UPS in the Philippines notified me that they transferred my documents to Air21. I am confused about why they needed to do this, especially when I have been available at home all day and no one attempted to deliver the documents. The UPS system falsely states that delivery attempts were made when I have been present the entire time. My visa documents are crucial, and this situation with Air21 is causing me a lot of stress and frustration. I am running out of patience with this process.

I'm having trouble with my package delivery. It seems that the delivery person couldn't find my house because they checked the mailbox for 47 Shepard St instead of looking at the correct one at 45 Shepard St. My neighbor mentioned they attempted to deliver it to 43 Shepard St before turning back. I've tried to help by placing a large piece of cardboard with "45" spray painted on it near my porch. Despite verifying my address, the system is asking for verification or changes which I cannot process anymore. The tracking number for my undelivered package is 1Z77X[redacted][redacted], and the correct shipping address is 45 Shepard St, Westfield MA. Can someone assist me in ensuring that my package, due on 2/17/20, is delivered correctly? Please note that I won't have access to my home email until 2:45 PM today.

I have had ongoing issues with the UPS driver not leaving packages at my front door. Despite a small gate at the entrance, the packages are often left outside the gate or thrown over without ringing the doorbell. This negligence even extended to a package containing ammunition, highlighting the safety risks. In contrast, the USPS driver, an 82-year-old lady, consistently delivers packages to my door. The UPS driver's behavior seems lazy, evident by incidents of idling in the driveway post-delivery. However, my recent interaction with Supervisor Hillary from the Sparks NV office was positive. She was polite, professional, and assured me that my concern would be addressed by instructing the driver to leave packages at the front door in the future.
