Today, a UPS driver, a black male wearing a camouflage jacket, delivered packages to my house. Unfortunately, during the delivery, he used inappropriate language, including words like "motherfucker," "fuck," and "damn," in front of my two eight-year-old boys. I believe this behavior is entirely unacceptable, especially in a professional setting and one focused on customer service. If necessary, I am willing to provide my home address.

I had ordered something, but UPS claimed they delivered it when I didn't receive it and someone signed on my behalf. I reported this on the 16th. Today, the UPS man came with the supposedly missing package they had delivered earlier. They redelivered it to me. Can I cancel the claim now that I have finally received the package?

I received a delivery notification, and when I went to collect my package, it was not there. The delivery status indicated it was left at the front door. To my dismay, I found the package placed in a snowbank at the end of my half-mile driveway, just inches away from the road which was being plowed. This incident occurred after dark, even though the driveway was clear and accessible for delivery vehicles from both USPS and FedEx. This is not the first time such an issue has happened, as I experienced a similar situation in the past when a package was left tied to my mailbox near the road while I was away.

I am encountering difficulties reaching a human representative through the automated phone system. Selecting "0" or stating "customer service" does not connect me to a person. The automated options provided do not align with my needs, compelling me to provide inaccurate information. Eventually, I am redirected to an unhelpful department and asked to call back later after numerous unsuccessful attempts. It is frustrating having limited options to speak with a representative for assistance.

I placed an order for a computer on November 7 with an expected delivery date of November 18, but the delivery was delayed until today, December 18. I was informed that it was shipped via UPS, but the UPS truck passed by without delivering it. I have not received any tracking information from UPS. I reached out to Best Buy, and they provided me with a case number: [redacted]59. Could you please assist me by emailing me the tracking information so I can monitor the shipment? Your help is greatly appreciated.

I have been experiencing issues with UPS delivery drivers lately. They have not been coming to my apartment or leaving packages in the office as requested. Instead, I keep receiving "sorry we missed you" notifications in our package room. This situation led to one of my daughter's Christmas gifts being returned to the company. I was home all day waiting for a delivery, but they still claimed I was not there. It is frustrating that they are not making the effort to deliver the packages properly. I reside in an apartment complex where packages are either delivered to the office or a Luxor automated system. Despite not receiving any email notification, the tracking information indicates that my package with tracking number 1Z6V68R8YW[redacted]5 has been delivered. I recently started a seasonal job at UPS and was asked by Rodger, the CEO, to help load Terry's truck. However, I was let go due to a pending background check. Despite having received a copy of the background check by mail, I suspect the supervisor may have lodged a complaint for me leaving the line. The HR supervisor, Jalisha Viney, initially assured me I could return to work upon completion of the check, but has since been unresponsive to my calls and emails for over a week. Additionally, my paycheck has not been deposited, and I am unable to reach anyone for assistance with payment.

I would like to report that a formal complaint was filed against a UPS delivery driver in a white Tahoe in my neighborhood. I reside at [redacted] Lakefront Drive, Mobile, AL [redacted]. I feel it's important to inform UPS management that, in my view, this particular driver has consistently demonstrated professionalism. He always takes the time to clearly identify himself and the company. I believe the theft allegation may have been a misunderstanding, and I appreciate that he has been able to continue working with UPS.

In West Chester, OH, a UPS driver delivered packages to my home, leaving them outside the garage door without notifying me. My sister, who was outside at the time, found this behavior suspicious. I was indoors during the delivery and received no indication of the driver's presence. My sister managed to jot down the license plate number of the driver.

Our business, a church, does not receive deliveries outside of business hours. According to the Amazon tracking information, UPS delivered a package at 6:40 pm CST. However, when the staff checked at 8 pm, the package was not there. We did not come across the package during operating hours. I am seeking clarification on the exact location where the package was left. If protocol was followed, the driver should have returned the package to the UPS facility for delivery on the next workday, which would be Monday, December 23rd.

My package was marked as delivered on 12/19/[redacted] at 6:15 PM, but I was home in my living room at that time and did not receive it. I am disappointed in the UPS delivery service and hope to get my package promptly.

I recently had a $90 package delivered and left on my porch for everyone to see. However, about a week later, another package containing a $12 pair of pajamas was not left by the UPS driver. I signed the notice left by the driver for them to deliver it the next day, but they came before I left the house at 8:30 am and left another notice saying it was the final delivery attempt and would be returned to the sender. It doesn't make sense that the $90 item was left on my porch, but they couldn't leave the $12 item.

My 86-year-old relative is experiencing difficulties with the delivery service. Twice now, the delivery person has left before she could reach the door. The tracking information indicates another delivery attempt will be made on Monday, but there are concerns that she won't make it to the door in time again. My package was not at my front door as the communication stated. The tracking number 1Z82W[redacted][redacted] shows it was shipped on December 18 from Stampin' Up! in Salt Lake City, UT. This package contained $[redacted].00 worth of customer merchandise. No package should be left unattended at the front door, especially during this time of year. It should have been taken back for another delivery attempt. Initially, it was scheduled for Friday, then I was informed it would arrive on Saturday. I have not received my customer's merchandise. I believe UPS should reimburse me for this order.

I am trying to track a package with tracking number 1Z3Y13E6YW[redacted]1. I received an email stating there was an issue with my order on 12/20/[redacted]. Despite living at an easily accessible location, UPS claimed the driver deemed it unsafe to deliver my package but did not specify why. They advised me to pick it up that evening, yet the driver never called. Despite contradictory information, UPS marked the package as delivered on Saturday. However, when I tried to pick it up, they said it wasn't available. Frustrated by the lack of delivery attempts, I instructed them to return the package to Amazon. I have another package on the way, but UPS.com won't let me change the delivery address. I find it problematic that the driver refuses to deliver without explanation. We have been consistently overcharged on multiple bills. Contacted customer service and encountered significant language barriers, resulting in being placed on hold without notice, enduring over 8 minutes of dead air. Frustrated, we terminated the call. Requesting a local sales representative to visit our shop. As loyal UPS customers for 26 years with account # [redacted], we are dissatisfied with the current state of customer service. Our hub is located in either Santa Maria, CA, or San Luis Obispo, CA. Navigating through the system to reach the appropriate department has proven to be extremely challenging.

UPS drivers left envelopes exposed in the rain, causing the first check inside to be ruined. The second check was also left out without any notice of delivery, luckily escaping damage from the rain. It would be greatly appreciated if in rainy conditions, the drivers could protect the envelopes by placing them in water-resistant containers to avoid such incidents in the future.

This is the third time my mail has been opened, and it's not just any mail - it's my check. It seems that they are opening my mail, extracting the needed information, stapling the check back together, and even tearing it into quarters. I am worried this could be an inside job by UPS employees. As a single mom, this has caused me a lot of inconvenience. I am very disappointed with UPS and their hiring practices. This issue needs to be addressed promptly.

I received a notification on 12/19 stating that my delivery "needs more information." After calling UPS and waiting for hours without a response, I encountered challenges redirecting my package to my physical address. The UPS representative, "Diego," mentioned a fee for the redirection, which seemed unfair given the initial delivery error.
