Hello, I am currently working at UPS in Northbrook as a driver's helper. I haven't received my promised pay of $20 an hour. For my first three days of work, I was only paid $14 per hour. According to the agreement, I should have received $14 for the first day and $20 for the subsequent days. However, my paycheck only shows $14 per hour for all three days. I kindly request to receive the correct amount I am owed, as per our agreement. Thank you.

I received a package on Friday, 12/6/19, at 7:58 pm with tracking number 1ZW[redacted][redacted]. Despite being aware that my location is at the end of your route, I was surprised that the delivery was so late. If your workload is overwhelming, hiring more drivers could alleviate the issue. When the delivery person finally arrived, they did so quietly. Despite waiting for hours, we almost missed their visit. They simply left the package over the gate without any attempt to notify us of their presence. Unlike my usual experiences with UPS, this service was disappointing. I hope that post-holiday, your delivery service will improve.

On 11-19-19, my package, along with four others, was picked up, but it seems to have vanished without a trace. While the other four packages were delivered successfully, there is no record of mine being picked up. I had to refund my buyer, leaving me without the item and the money. Unfortunately, the local post office seems unable to resolve this issue. It's frustrating that when a package goes missing, the customer ends up losing not only the postage, but also the item and the payment.

On 11-19-19, a package of mine was picked up among 4 others, but it seems to have vanished. The other 4 packages were delivered, but there's no record of mine being picked up. On 11-19-19, my package was collected along with four others, but only my parcel disappeared without a record of being taken. We receive multiple UPS deliveries, and we have repeatedly asked for packages to be placed in a discreet spot on our porch to prevent them from being visible from the street. However, different drivers do not seem to follow this request, and the packages are consistently left at the front door where they are easily seen from the street. I believe that implementing this suggestion could reduce porch theft for UPS deliveries. It would be beneficial if all delivery personnel were trained to follow this practice consistently.

Subject: Disappointed with Recent UPS Store Experience I regret to inform you about my disappointing experience at UPS Store ([redacted]). Upon dropping off a securely packaged box containing an iPad and a ring, I encountered unprofessional behavior from the manager, Carla, and another employee, BAILEY. When the package arrived missing the ring, it was revealed that the box was kept behind for Carla to personally handle. Despite my efforts to resolve the issue, I was met with little cooperation and was advised to file a claim for the missing item. Over a week later, my concerns remain unaddressed, leaving me frustrated and considering sharing my story with the media. I have records of all my communications and interactions with UPS Store and hope for a swift resolution to this situation.

I was expecting a package delivery at Avanade Dublin, but it was not successfully delivered and is currently on its way back to me. I need to update the delivery address promptly. Could you please redirect the package to 66 Hunters Walk, Hunterswood Ballycullen Road Dublin 24, D24P8Y4? It is urgent that the package reaches this new address quickly as I need the items for an upcoming event. I sent the package out on Friday the 9th, and at this point, it has not reached the intended destination. Your assistance in changing the delivery address promptly would be greatly appreciated.

I purchased 2 packages of Mobstub hats, but only received one. The USPS tracking for the delivered package shows "pretransit." Does this mean the second package is on the way? I do not have the tracking number for the missing package. The tracking number for the first delivery was [redacted][redacted]4. Can you confirm if the second package is in transit? On December 13, [redacted], an item was mistakenly delivered to the incorrect address by UPS. Unfortunately, this issue of misreading delivery addresses has been a recurring problem. The item with the number 1ZE2X[redacted][redacted] was delivered to [redacted] South Gilpin instead of [redacted] South Gilpin St. in Denver. While the package was recovered from a kind neighbor today, the ongoing delivery problem with UPS has persisted over several years. This poses a significant liability for UPS if replacements for "lost" deliveries are required. The large package was marked online as delivered even though it wasn't, and only my prompt investigation prevented a substantial claim against UPS. I urge UPS to improve their delivery accuracy to meet the expectations of the shippers and ensure items reach the intended recipients promptly. Thank you for your attention. -Michael F. I made a purchase on 11/29/19 from fortysevenbrand.com. My order was shipped on 12/2 with an estimated delivery date of 12/6. Unfortunately, on 12/12, the package was allegedly refused by the receiver, even though I never declined the delivery or the product. Subsequently, I received a notification stating that the package would be returned to the sender. It seems like my package is now on its way back to the original sender without my consent.

I received a package on Thursday, December 12 with tracking number 1ZX1F[redacted][redacted]. While delivering it, one of the drivers backed into our gate at the start of our driveway. He examined the damage but did not report it or inform anyone. The incident was witnessed, so there is no denying it. The gate was damaged, and the solar panel was broken. I have reported this matter but have not received any response. I would appreciate it if you could follow up with me on this issue.

I am a senior citizen who recently had an unpleasant experience with a delivery from UPS. A package placed on a slanted surface near my door fell on me when I opened the door, causing me pain and difficulty walking. I felt the young girl who delivered it was indifferent to the situation. Dear Customer Support, I recently received a notification regarding a failed delivery attempt for my iPad Case Marble Stone Rose Gold Smart Cover ordered from Cliqueshops Dunellen with the order number [redacted]. The package was supposed to be delivered to Gartenstrasse 10a, D - [redacted] Bueckeburg, Germany, but I have not received any information on the whereabouts of the package. The tracking number is LZ[redacted]89US, sent from NJ – Dunellen [redacted] via USPS First Class Package International. I am unsure of the current location of my package, whom to contact for redelivery, if dropping off at a package service center is an option, why I did not receive a notice in my mailbox, and how to ensure I receive my package without it being returned to the sender. Tracking number 1Z3Y6V[redacted]79 indicates UPS Next Day Air Saver service. Despite the package arriving in RI on 12/10/19, I am yet to receive it. Claims of "severe weather delays" seem unfounded as I am just 40 minutes away and could have collected it myself any day this week. Additionally, as of this morning, the package is not scheduled for delivery. I opted for next day air for a specific reason. Please rectify this by delivering the package promptly and refunding the additional fee for next day air. An unhappy customer.

Today, a UPS trace was conducted on Tracking number 1ZX7816W[redacted]. The driver supposedly left an envelope at [redacted] E Tyger Bridge Rd on Dec 3, [redacted], for Jim Heffernan at 8 pm, but it was not received. Strangely, a package intended for another address a few miles away was found on my porch on Dec 4. I contacted the recipient using the phone number on the package and they retrieved it. Suellen, the sender, was unable to trace the missing package until today, Dec 16. Given the mix-up with the package for the other address, I suspect that Jim's package was also mistakenly delivered. The missing envelope contains important Christmas gifts. Please address this issue promptly.

My package has been in transit on and off for several days, switching between transiting and "Out for Delivery" statuses. It was supposed to arrive last Thursday, but there have been continuous delays. I have contacted the company I purchased from about a possible refund due to these delivery issues. I have provided them with my tracking number. I would appreciate it if you could provide me with the current location of my package as I am considering picking it up myself today. Thank you. Yesterday, on 12/16, UPS delivered a package to my mailbox. I had a letter to send out, but the mail hadn't been collected yet. I am concerned about whether the mail carrier would have taken the package along with the mail. I assumed UPS would leave the package on my porch instead of in the mailbox.

I currently have an overnight shipment of boar semen waiting at the Kingston terminal located at [redacted] Memorial Drive, Kingston, NY. I have been informed that it will not be unloaded until tomorrow, December 18th, which means I will only be able to pick it up tomorrow. This delay is unacceptable as the product may become unusable due to cold temperatures by then. I am puzzled as to why I cannot receive my package when the truck is already at the terminal. The tracking number for my shipment is 1Z43X[redacted][redacted]. The primary reason for shipping this item via air overnight is because of its live nature and time sensitivity.
