I am interested in knowing if you offer a CDL-A training course for drivers or have any open permanent positions available. I tried to find this information online but was unable to locate what I needed. In order to proceed, I am looking to obtain my CDL-A and would like details on class availability, costs, contracts, training location, financial assistance options, and any other relevant information. It would be beneficial for the website to specifically list open positions in the Lake Chelan area of Washington State, rather than displaying opportunities worldwide in various other countries.

On Friday, December 6th, [redacted], the packages we ordered from Autism-products.com for my daughter did not arrive. Upon calling UPS, the call center claimed the package had been delivered to our address, even though our cameras proved otherwise. The UPS driver falsely said they left the package at an abandoned house across the street. Despite promised callbacks, no information was received. Finally, on Monday, December 9th, the driver admitted the package was not on the truck but marked as delivered. UPS's failure to deliver and the driver's deceits caused frustration. We demand an apology, the missing gifts, and reassurance this won't happen again. UPS's lack of accountability is unacceptable.

I am trying to subscribe to My Choice, but every time I try, I receive an error message saying my address is commercial and not eligible for this service. On Wednesday, December 4, I was informed that my address would be fixed within 1-4 days, but there has been no update. After contacting them again on Saturday, December 7, I was assured that my address would be corrected by today, December 9, but the issue persists.

I have been on hold with UPS for 2 hours, listening to music. My package was marked out for delivery three days in a row, but it still hasn't arrived. I spoke to a supervisor on the 7th who assured me it would be here on the 9th. I had to take time off work to be available for the delivery, but it's still not here. This item is crucial, and I can't keep waiting at home. I am disappointed and frustrated with UPS. I hope Amazon switches to a different delivery service. Tracking Number: 1Z0W37W[redacted]2.

I am frustrated by my recent UPS deliveries. Despite requesting my packages to be left in a secure area, they were consistently left out in the open, on my BBQ grill, endangering my items due to possible theft in my area. UPS should uphold delivery requests properly, especially when safety is a concern.

My package was left on the ground near the mailbox during heavy rain. The distance from the house to the mailbox is quite far. Unfortunately, the plastic bag it was in got filled with water. Fortunately, the items inside, which were wooden craft sticks and sealed beauty products, were not damaged. The package was left so close to the road that anyone passing by could have taken it. This happened not only to me but also to my neighbors. It is concerning that the delivery driver left packages so exposed, given the busy road we live on. Perhaps this driver should consider a different line of work.

I ordered a 3-day select package to be delivered on Friday, December 6. However, the driver did not deliver it. The package remained in the Davenport FL warehouse until Monday, December 9, when the status was updated to "out for delivery," but the driver never arrived. Currently, the tracking status shows "In Transit." My daughter, who was supposed to receive the package before leaving the country, is now away for 8 days starting on December 10. She updated the delivery address to her apartment complex leasing office. I am concerned about the delay and would like to know the whereabouts of the package. I request confirmation of whether the package is in possession of the carrier and if it will be delivered to the leasing office. The tracking number is 1Z4E37X[redacted]7. Thank you.

I am contacting you regarding the damaged delivery with info notice [redacted]05. The shipping party and I have informed you about the situation, and your driver also noted the package's condition. I understand you have arranged a pick-up but due to my travel schedule, it must be done at the end of this week, weekend, or next week when I am available. I have multiple destinations for a work assignment which have made it challenging to coordinate the pick-up timing. Despite leaving clear instructions that no one is available to hand over the package, a pick-up slip was still left at my door. I have placed the slip there for your reference, and I kindly request that you reschedule the pick-up for Saturday or next week when I will be able to assist.

I received a very large box, expecting a gaming chair. Unfortunately, when I got home, I found the box sitting open on my porch, getting wet. The flaps were closed back up, but it was clear the box had been completely opened. I arrived home late and had to leave early, not getting a chance to check the merchandise. I am frustrated and curious why the box was left opened. If it accidentally opened, it should have been properly re-taped. The box wasn't ripped or torn, just wide open. I tried calling a few times, going through automated prompts, only to wait 30 minutes to speak to a live person. The customer service experience was truly disappointing. I recently bought tracking number Number1Z162E5R[redacted] from a UPS store in Mesa, AZ, and it was sent to Surprise, AZ. The UPS tracking now states, "Due to operating conditions, your package may be delayed. / Delivery will be rescheduled." Is UPS unable to handle shipping a .5-pound package within the same state? This seems unreasonable. I am requesting a detailed explanation for the delay of my package, a full refund of the shipping charges, and a formal written apology from UPS to myself, the buyer, and the package's recipient.

I just wanted to express my gratitude to the driver who delivered my shipment of M.S. medication. Despite the instructions to leave it outside the back door, my UPS delivery person went above and beyond. He rang the doorbell, handed me the box, even though it was late, dark, and freezing cold at 15 degrees outside. I had completely forgotten about the delivery, so I truly appreciate his thoughtful actions. Thank you so much for your exceptional service.

I am disappointed that my package was redirected to a UPS Access Point instead of being delivered to my home address as expected. I am currently trying to contact UPS Customer Service to arrange for a new delivery attempt at my home address for tomorrow. Unfortunately, the customer service line is experiencing high call volumes, and I have been on hold for nearly 30 minutes. I am eager to have this matter resolved promptly. Tracking number 1Z3948A0YW[redacted]7. Yesterday, UPS stated that my package would arrive today, Thursday. However, the package has been approximately 50 miles from its destination since Tuesday night/Wednesday morning. The tracking details show it repeatedly moving between two towns in Massachusetts, Chelmsford and Shrewsbury. The delivery date has now been pushed to Friday. I am frustrated with this delay and consider it a personnel matter. I urgently require delivery on Thursday.

On 12/11/18, I discovered my Amazon package by the front gate, delivered the previous night. Tracking #1Z 0667AE[redacted]. The package was opened and resealed with clear tape. I also found my Pearl Valley package with perishable butter by the gate, left overnight leading to frost and a wet box. Tracking #1Z [redacted][redacted]. Five weeks ago, a package from PA that was initially returned for "no such address" was eventually received before Thanksgiving. Despite clear instructions to deliver all packages to the front porch due to the gate being out of sight of our cameras, multiple delivery issues have occurred. Please have a UPS representative contact me at [redacted] to discuss why this decline in service quality has happened.

I am trying to locate the nearest UPS service to my location. I reside in Bath, New Hampshire, but receive mail in Woodsville, NH. The Post Master mentioned that the UPS service delivering to me might be from Carroll, NH or part of Twin Mountain. I am in need of their contact telephone number to address an ongoing issue of my packages being left by the road instead of at my residence. Our previous company, "Creative Container," located at [redacted] S. W. 36th, Ste. B, OKC, has been acquired by The Morrison Group at [redacted] S. Kelly, Ste. [redacted], Edmond, OK. I spoke with Marie at UPS regarding the negative balance on Creative Container's account. I requested the closure of Creative's account and for UPS to send a refund check to Creative Container at The Morrison Group's address provided above. We placed an order nearly two weeks ago for packages containing time-sensitive materials and medicines. We paid for 2nd-day air shipping, but have been receiving multiple notices of delays due to weather, despite clear and dry conditions. When we called last night, we were advised to pick up the packages. Although they are located an hour away, my husband went to retrieve them. However, upon arrival, he was informed that the packages are in the warehouse but not yet processed, preventing him from collecting them. This situation is urgent as we urgently need the medicines. Tracking # 1Z0927WX[redacted] through UPS indicated a delayed delivery for my boss's package. After contacting the Latham, NY office, I was initially informed that the package was at the facility. However, I later received a call from "Shakira" clarifying that the package was actually on the truck for delivery. Upon my request, she verified with the driver, who confirmed the package's location. I then asked if the delivery could be expedited by 5pm for my boss's dinner. Shakira demonstrated professionalism, courtesy, and great assistance throughout. I am seeking Shakira's full name and her supervisor's information to express my gratitude for her exceptional service and willingness to go above and beyond to assist us.

My 3-day delivery package has taken over thirteen days to arrive. The tracking number for the package is 1ZROYO[redacted]36. I receive daily texts stating that the package will be delivered that day, but it never arrives. They claimed to have attempted delivery at 10:42 at night, but this cannot be true as my security cameras would have captured it. I am eager to know when I can expect to receive my package. I need to speak with someone regarding a coworker who contacted my fiancée. My fiancée was told she didn't call, but was promised to have a helper named Charlie by the dispatcher, whom we had issues with before. The dispatcher initially said no, but their boss approved it. This incident took place at the Zilly UPS branch. I need assistance in filing a complaint and ensuring that the matter is addressed so that Charlie gets the help my fiancée was guaranteed when she was hired.
