I am experiencing issues signing into my Google account. There seems to be a problem communicating with the Google server which prompts me to try again repeatedly. This connectivity issue is hindering my access to various Google services such as Gmail, Google Play Music, and Google Slides. Despite being able to connect through Chrome, I am unable to access Google Play Store. I kindly seek assistance with resolving this matter promptly. Thank you for your help.

At 2:14 pm on October 31, [redacted], in zip code [redacted] of Ormond Beach, Florida, a driver heading north on Wild Fern Ln. turned west on Lorelane Dr. and accelerated at full throttle. The driver then turned north on Ormond Lakes Blvd, still accelerating at full throttle. This behavior occurred in a bus stop area and has been observed multiple times this week. Reassigning this driver to a different area and providing education on safe driving practices is necessary. Thank you.

I placed an order for a package delivery more than two weeks ago. The initial delivery date of Monday was missed without a note left for me to sign. I was informed via email that delivery would be attempted the following day. Days passed with no package, only continued emails from the company. After contacting customer service, I learned the package was at a nearby holding facility. However, upon checking, I found it was actually 30 minutes away. After a lengthy phone call with multiple representatives, I was promised the package would be delivered that day. Upon returning home from work, I received another email stating the package would now be delivered on Monday. I am frustrated and exhausted from waiting for a package that should have arrived days ago. I urge the company to deliver the package promptly as paid for, as the stress caused by this situation is unacceptable.

I checked the online tracking for my package, which was supposed to arrive between 1:30 and 3:30. The delivery truck has been circling my area, passing by three times. Currently, it's 4:30, and the package has been rescheduled for "end of day." These are crucial car parts for both my safety and that of others on the road. I noticed two tracking numbers for my order, but only one is out for delivery. The items were purchased from O'riley Auto Parts website with free next-day delivery. I had plans for today, but I've been waiting longer than expected for the packages. I'm facing repairs in the dark, cold, and upcoming rain. This experience is unlike any I've had before. I acknowledge the possible increase in deliveries, but being within a short distance for over three hours is unacceptable. I may consider using FedEx or another service in the future due to this situation.

I have consistently received around 45 to 50 misdelivered packages from UPS over the course of a year due to the UPS driver confusing [redacted] Forest Grove Drive with [redacted] Valley Stream Drive. This mix-up has led me to divert all my packages to the neighbor's address across the way. I've reached out to Amazon and other companies to avoid using UPS services due to these repeated errors. It seems the drivers rush through deliveries and fail to pay attention to the difference between Forest Grove Drive and Valley Stream Drive, causing all packages to be left at the incorrect location. This issue isn't just mine; other residents on Forest Grove Drive are facing the same problem, leading to frustration and distrust in UPS delivery services. I've had enough of this recurring issue and will not use UPS for my deliveries moving forward, and I've warned others of this ongoing problem as well. The frequency and impact of these mistakes are concerning, especially since long-term residents confirm that this issue has persisted over the years without resolution.

We have a new UPS delivery person who insists on dropping off packages for the School District's Central Office Department at our office, Linntown Elementary School. Despite sharing the same address, we are separate entities. Unfortunately, he rudely refuses to deliver them to their office and quickly leaves. This behavior is unprecedented in all my years as a secretary. Could you please remind him that packages for Dan S. - Technology and the Business Office/Central Office should be taken to their respective secretary's office? Today, his rudeness was unacceptable as there were heavy packages and important deliveries meant for the assistant Superintendent. Your attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated. There has been a reoccurring issue with packages being delivered to the wrong location by UPS. Despite providing one tracking number to fix a specific delivery, the core issue of wrong deliveries remains unresolved. The driver's notes claim packages were left at the front door, but they were actually found dumped on the street, requiring extra effort to retrieve them. This misdelivery has been ongoing for years, resulting in uncompleted deliveries and inaccurate documentation from UPS. Efforts to address the problem with the company have been met with uncooperation. The presence of multilingual signs prohibiting such actions has not deterred the continued misdeliveries.

Tracking number 1ZRR[redacted][redacted] shows delivery in Zephyrhills, FL on Nov 15 at 6:34 PM, but the package was not received. I contacted customer service and the agent, who didn't provide her name, wouldn't disclose the delivery address for security reasons. Despite being home on the supposed delivery day, the package was not received. The agent seemed unhelpful and claimed to have no supervisor, causing frustration during the call. She mentioned initiating an investigation, but communication was difficult due to a strong accent and unclear responses. I will monitor the tracking number for updates.

I recently made a purchase from Newegg and opted for UPS shipping to avoid potential porch theft. However, I encountered an issue when trying to pick up my package from an access point, The Mail Center. The agent at the access point informed me that packages should only be sent to the address with a mailbox number included. He mentioned they have [redacted] mailboxes and were unsure how to handle my package, but thankfully, they were able to contact me using the phone number provided. I believe this access point should either be removed or updated to require a mailbox number for deliveries. The address is The Mail Center, [redacted] E Fort Union Blvd, Midvale, UT 84[redacted]. I recently bought a product from Newegg and arranged for UPS delivery using the access point option to prevent porch theft. However, I received a call from The Mail Center, located at **** East Fort Union Blvd, Midvale, UT, notifying me to pick up the package or risk it being sent back. The staff at the access point informed me they only accept packages addressed to their mailboxes and were grateful my package had a contact number. My recent experience at the UPS located at 63rd and Brookside was extremely disappointing. I was in a rush because my sister, for whom I am the caretaker, was ill. The young lady working there was very impolite and unhelpful. I requested assistance with running off materials quickly, explaining my urgent situation, but she rudely refused and insisted I come over to learn how to do it myself. Despite my explanation of being in a hurry, she threw away my materials. When I asked to speak to the manager, although he reprinted them for me, he did not address her behavior. She even complained about me to him, displaying a rude and entitled attitude. Her lack of respect and manners made the situation truly unpleasant. I appreciate the manager's help, but unless this employee's behavior improves, I will not return to this UPS branch. Dana Segur

Hello, I have noticed that trash (paper from snacks, receipts, etc.) is being blown out of UPS trucks. I observed a bin without a lid on the driver's side, which could be contributing to littering unintentionally. I am concerned about the impact on the environment and wildlife. I would like UPS to provide their third-party delivery drivers with vehicle identification clearly displaying company credentials. I have experienced numerous instances where unidentified individuals arrive at my residence to deliver my packages. Seeing unfamiliar cars and SUVs pull up to my driveway raises concerns about the safety of these deliveries. It is unsettling not knowing who is handling my packages each time. I sent 3 packages to my son, but he has only received 2. The tracking information for the 3rd package cannot be found. It contained ink refill, a jacket, and a cell phone. My son, a US Naval Officer, tracked the package to Chicago and then to Greensboro, NC. I am worried and hope that no one has tampered with it. Grateful for any assistance in locating this missing package.

I'm having trouble updating my address on UPS MyChoice, both on their website and app. The system keeps showing an error message saying the service is unavailable. This has been happening for the past two days. I have upcoming packages to be delivered, but I can't change the delivery to a UPS store due to the outdated address on MyChoice. It's causing me concern that UPS might deliver the packages to my old address instead of the requested UPS store pick up.

My Ring doorbell recorded the UPS driver tossing two packages from the sidewalk onto our front porch. I am eager to assess the potential damage later when I arrive home. The delivery person should have taken the time to properly place the packages on the porch instead of lazily throwing them. The items were thrown a distance of around 5 feet. I work at George Washington Middle School in Wayne, New Jersey, and wanted to kindly address an issue with today's UPS delivery. The driver who dropped off our package did not ring the doorbell, which goes against our standard procedure. This individual was not our regular driver and arrived in a truck with license plate number XFA-F74. We had additional packages ready for pick up. Could you please ensure that this driver is informed of the correct delivery protocol for our school? Thank you.

I ordered a Thanksgiving meal for my family, but only 2 out of 5 boxes arrived on time. The remaining boxes were delivered 3-4 days late, and one is still missing. The delay caused the food to spoil, and I had to discard the whole meal. Despite bad weather conditions, some deliveries were made on time, so it's not solely weather to blame. I was supposed to receive a call from a supervisor yesterday, but no one contacted me. The whole situation forced me to cancel our family gathering. I suggest Honey Baked Ham Co. work with supervisors to improve their shipping system for perishable items. While the weather can be a factor, it seems UPS didn't put in enough effort to deliver the packages promptly.

I would like to file a complaint regarding the delivery service. For the second time within a few months, I witnessed a delivery driver tossing my package onto my porch instead of properly setting it down. Despite addressing this issue politely previously, I am much more concerned about it now. The incident occurred today around 2pm in Jamestown, New York, [redacted].
