I was at home all day, eagerly waiting for an essential package. Around 5:45 pm, I checked downstairs and noticed the driver had still not made the delivery. To my surprise, the online status showed that an "attempted delivery" was made, which is not true! I have been trying to contact the [redacted] number multiple times, but the automated system is not recognizing my tracking number. I urgently need to speak to a customer service representative to have the driver return tonight. Please call me at [redacted]. Additionally, I would like to lodge a complaint against the driver for neglecting his duties. It is unacceptable behavior, and I believe appropriate action should be taken, such as his termination.

My package was delivered to the locked box at my apartment complex at [redacted] Robert Drive, Riverdale, Apartment 19, GA [redacted] on August 27th. I discovered a postmaster key in my mailbox and handed it over to my apartment manager as I usually receive packages either at the office or in my mailbox, depending on the size. After reporting that I hadn't seen my package at the office, I was informed that I should have used the key to access the locked box. Unfortunately, the key was already given to the UPS delivery person. Can you please return the key to my mailbox so I can retrieve the package? This package contains a surprise gift for my daughter's birthday.

I waited at home all day yesterday for an important package. I spent over 2 hours attempting to contact a real person to request the driver to redeliver urgently. Yesterday, I discovered online that the driver claimed to have attempted delivery, which is not true. I made multiple attempts to call on the [redacted] number, but the automated system did not recognize the tracking number. Yesterday, I monitored the online tracking and saw that the driver falsely claimed an attempted delivery at 5:45 pm when he had not. Despite my efforts to contact the company via the [redacted] number, I was unsuccessful in reaching a live person. I insist on speaking to a representative to have the driver return tonight. A UPS delivery person knocked on my door today while I was coming to answer it. Due to my car accident, I move slowly. By the time I got to the door, I saw the UPS person in their truck ready to go. I tried to get their attention, but they might not have heard me or could have been rushing to their next delivery. I've been waiting to receive a part for my new scooter that I purchased in August from Spin Life. The item was supposed to be shipped to me by Drive, their delivery company. I'm really hoping that this package contains the part I've been waiting for.

Lately, we have not had any success with UPS deliveries. On multiple occasions, when receiving packages, the delivery person did not bother to knock on the door. In one frustrating instance, I had purposefully left the door open to indicate that someone was home, yet they still did not attempt to make contact. Today, I was supposed to receive two packages, yet once again, there was no knock on the door. This lack of professionalism is extremely disappointing. Additionally, about a week and a half ago, a delivery of four tires was simply left in front of the Jeep without even an attempt to notify us. This negligence is simply unacceptable. It is clear that there are improvements needed within UPS to address these issues. The overall service has left us as very dissatisfied customers.

I visited the UPS Store at Mccandless Crossing in Pittsburgh, PA, to drop off a package and only needed a strip of tape. Unfortunately, I had run out at home. The lady at the store had a very unpleasant attitude towards me and refused to tape the front side of the package. She mentioned the option to buy tape there or return with tape but I simply required a small piece. It's disappointing not only to have to return another day but also to encounter such rudeness. Hopefully, the employee can be reminded to communicate with customers more respectfully and avoid sounding condescending.

I visited a UPS store in North Reading, MA on 10/5 to ship a package to my son's Air B and B in Atlanta, GA to prevent theft. Initially, I inquired about pick-up fees and was quoted $7-$10 by the North Reading store but was later informed by the Atlanta store that it would be $25 per package. The Atlanta store offered to waive the fee if I made them my Access Point by calling the [redacted] number. The North Reading staff confirmed this offer and processed my shipment correctly. However, when I called the [redacted] number, I was informed they couldn't make it an Access Point item because it was addressed to the UPS store. Despite the prior understanding, I am now facing a $50 charge for pick-up. Customer service couldn't assist, advising me to contact the store which was closed. I feel misled into paying a high fee due to the addressed package discrepancy.

I sent an envelope via overnight delivery for someone to pick up at UPS, but it hasn't been claimed yet. The item was shipped on 08/14/[redacted] and I would like it to be returned to me since it hasn't been picked up after all this time. How can I arrange for the return? Our business area has experienced ongoing challenges with UPS delivery times. Despite our office closing at 4:30 PM, deliveries often arrive after 5 PM. This forces us to rely on FedEx, despite some items only being shipped through UPS. We have requested for deliveries to be made earlier for a year and a half now. We propose that the route be structured in a way that allows all delivery items to be completed in one area before 5 PM, specifically focusing on business deliveries before business hours end. Dear Sir/Madam, On Wednesday, October 10, [redacted], I would like to bring to your attention the experience we had with Anthony, our UPS Delivery and Pick up person in Portland, ME. Over the past 2 years, he has been picking up packages from our store located at [redacted] Commercial Street. Despite our friendly and patient staff, Anthony's interactions have been unfriendly and lacking in courtesy. Most recently, when asked to pick up 5 large boxes that were ready since last Thursday, he refused to assist properly and was dismissive of our request for a dolly. This behavior is not only unprofessional but also disrupting our busy schedule as we shouldn't have to chase him down to do his job effectively. We hope you can address this matter promptly. I signed up for UPS My Choice and was informed that my package was delivered on October 7th. However, when I returned home on October 8th, I couldn't find the package anywhere in my yard or on my porch. I've never had a missing package before, and our regular UPS delivery person usually places packages over our closed gates. The missing package is a large piece of luggage. Despite contacting UPS and being assured a callback within an hour, nobody reached out to me. After spending an hour on the phone trying to resolve the issue, I got disconnected. The delivery driver left a missed delivery notice without attempting to reach me. I contacted customer service immediately, but was only promised a call back within an hour, which never happened. The status was inaccurately updated without my consent. After multiple unhelpful calls, I was informed the delivery would be attempted the following day. I am now skeptical about whether this will actually occur and if the driver will make a genuine delivery attempt.

I attempted to drop off a package yesterday, but that information is inaccurate because I was open during the supposed delivery time. I stayed an hour later than usual, waiting for the package. However, they didn't leave a slip if they actually came by. Now, I'm waiting again today, unsure if they'll arrive before my closing time. I'm concerned they might repeat yesterday's scenario of claiming attempted delivery after hours. I waited an extra hour yesterday after the supposed delivery time. If they had truly attempted, I would have received the package or found a notice. I'd appreciate clarity on the actual delivery time rather than misleading information.

I checked my tracking information, and it shows that my package was delivered to the local post office on the 17th. I have visited the post office three times since then, but they couldn't locate the package, despite confirming its delivery. I have tried reaching out through the website by creating multiple usernames and passwords without success. Contacting the post office by phone has been challenging as I haven't been able to speak with a manager in almost two weeks; they direct me to file a complaint online. The automated systems make it difficult to speak with an agent. I am feeling very frustrated as I wish to speak directly with a UPS representative, but I can't seem to find a way to do so.

I am seeking assistance regarding a package with tracking number #1ze5w[redacted][redacted]. It appears that it was marked as delivered to my address in Leawood, KS, on October 25, [redacted], as per Amazon. However, the package was not left at my front porch as indicated as we were present at home with the front door open. I have been unsuccessful in reaching UPS via the customer service line after waiting for over 30 minutes without speaking to anyone. My granddaughter is eagerly awaiting the delivery, and I would appreciate any help in locating and delivering the package promptly or arranging for a replacement at no additional cost. I have had three instances in the past two weeks where the delivery driver misplaced my packages in an unauthorized area. This is not the usual as deliveries are typically left on my front porch. However, on these occasions, they were left by an unattached carport which is unacceptable given my rural location. Today's delivery, containing expensive leather items, is at risk of damage due to rain since it was not left in the correct location. The previous instances involved items even more valuable than the leather package. Living in Eufaula, OK, the tracking number for today's misplaced package is 1Z51X19X[redacted]. This behavior is concerning as it could lead to theft. I have experience in the delivery business for 20 years and understand the importance of proper handling. It is crucial to address this issue with the driver to prevent future incidents. I am willing to pick up my packages from a designated location to avoid further complications.

I recently made an online order from Sam's Club and it was delivered by UPS on October 31, [redacted]. Despite ordering for convenience, the delivery experience was far from it. The UPS delivery person left my packages at the end of my 30-foot long blacktop driveway near the road, exposed to the rain and potential theft. When I checked the online status, it was mentioned that the delivery was left at the door, which was not the case. I am surprised by the negligence and laziness of the delivery person. I intend to place more orders in the future and hope this issue is addressed promptly. I will also be reaching out to Sam's Club regarding this matter, as I believe this is not how they intend for packages to be delivered.
