My tracking says that my package has been delivered to my local post office on the **th I've been there three times to try and pick it up since then and they cannot find it or know where it's at but it was confirmed it was delivered there - I've tried the website I've made several username and passwords I do not understand how to make a complaint - I've called the post office several times and almost two weeks and still cannot speak to a manager they only tell me to make a complaint online - I am so frustrated I don't know what to do I cannot talk to anyone because your automated systems are really complicated and don't work for speaking to an agent no matter what you do are song-and-dance you go through - I really wish to speak to a UPS agent and it seems to be impossible

How GetHuman-kandthea fixed the problem
the first thing I had to learn was that you UPS and USPS are two different companies, so you're tracking number will not work if you're calling to the wrong company voice automation program - then I called USPS and dealt with the audio system until I found the right option because they keep leading you in circles and you never talk to anybody if you don't push the right buttons - so what I did after wanting to pull my hair out was calm down and I called back listening to every option two to three times over but the right option was "carrier" not sure which number I think it was number * but the issue is with the carrier - then I listen to some more automations after that and found the next number they asked me to enter my tracker number but it kept leading me back to the same thing saying it would connect me but not doing it - so I had to repeat that process over and over - so to make a long story short the first option is to press number * for carrier issues
