Send my camera in for repair. ... *. May **: Samsung Corp issued me a UPS shipping label to send my Galaxy EK-GC***ZKAXAR camera to EUNICORE CAMERA REPAIR. *** Anderson Avenue Closter NJ ***** (***-***-****, Fax ***-***-****).**. Tracking number is *ZRV**************.**. Gave package (w*duplicate laberl inside) to my regular route driver, Eddie, on May **.**. Unicore reports no camera delivered.**. Using tracking number online I got infor from UPS site that package was DELIVERED May **. This not possible because (a) UPS Ground is not same-day service and (b) I did not give package to Eddie until May ** (I have a witness). Further, UPS "Proof of Delivery" says package was "left at front door" of Unicore. Is this standard practice? I'm told otherwise by UPS Customer Service. Eddie cannot confirm that he logged my camera in. I have repeatedly asked him to provide the name and phone number of manager of the dept. he would have handed off to, and he agreed to do so, but has not. I conclude that my camera was stolen by UPS personnel and that UPS personnel falsified the data related to the tracking number. I want full restitution for my stolen camera. That is, a check for $*** for full purchase price plus applicable NYC and NYS taxes.
All info provided when I enter the tracking number is FALSE.
Pay for my camera and punish the crooks who stole it.

Tried dealing w*UPS Customer Service dolts in the Philippines. Total waste of time.
