I am 75 years old and have been receiving deliveries at my garage for over a year, but recently, UPS has been leaving packages at the gate by the road instead. This change is inconvenient as I now have to carry the boxes [redacted] feet from the gate to my house, which is difficult for me. The tracking information indicates that the delivery was made at the door or the garage, which is not accurate. I worry that leaving packages outside the fence will make them vulnerable to theft. I am experiencing difficulty with UPS delivery due to my Border Collie being wary of the driver. The dog sometimes nips because she feels threatened when the driver approaches. Yesterday, I had a package sent from the UPS Store on Central Avenue in Summerville with guaranteed delivery by 9:00 AM today. It cost $74. Unfortunately, the package did not arrive on time, and when I tracked it at 8:31 AM, it was still in Philadelphia instead of Florida. After calling the UPS 1-[redacted] line and being informed that the package was delayed because it was opened and destroyed, I requested to speak with a supervisor but was not satisfied with their assistance. The package contained my original birth certificate, passport, passport card, and Social Security card, all placed in just an envelope by the UPS Store. I am concerned about the safety and privacy of my documents. I am still waiting for the package and unsure if any documents are missing or compromised. I am seeking urgent assistance from a high-level supervisor to address this potential security breach and negligence.

At 12:51 pm on Sunday, April 7, I observed truck driver, license plate TXFSN0536, driving recklessly near Rogerdale and [redacted] Westheimer. The driver of a UPS truck abruptly cut in front of me causing me to slam on my brakes to avoid a collision. This dangerous behavior continued as the UPS truck sped onto Beltway 8 heading south, cutting off other drivers multiple times. I managed to take a photo of the license plate to document the incident.

I work in a shop that orders engine kits costing several hundred dollars. The kits arrive in oblong boxes packed flat with foam around the parts. Unfortunately, the driver tends to stand the box on end, causing damage to the packaging and the parts inside. When I addressed this with the driver, they seemed dismissive. I would like to file a complaint as my package was once again delivered to the wrong address. In my mailbox, on my driveway, and on my house, there are clearly marked house numbers. It is frustrating that my packages are consistently being misdelivered when I have taken steps to make my address noticeable. I expect that packages I pay for are delivered to my house as intended. I am seeking assistance with multiple delivery issues I have experienced. Despite contacting UPS multiple times, the driver refuses to walk down 6 steps to deliver packages properly under my roof and next to my door. As I travel frequently, I am unable to retrieve packages daily, resulting in them getting wet. Although the local delivery office assured me this would be resolved, the problem recurred on April 8th after initially happening on March 16th. Conversely, FedEx and the postal service successfully deliver packages next to my door. I kindly request a callback to address this ongoing issue. Timothy J. I have observed the delivery driver consistently exceed the speed limit while driving on the private road. The speed limit is 20 mph, which is clearly posted. At the fork near the lakeside, the speed limit is 10 mph. Despite this, the driver was recorded going over 50 mph in the 20 mph zone yesterday and over 40 mph today in the 10 mph zone. I have video evidence of these incidents. This reckless behavior poses a significant danger, especially on a narrow single lane road. The address in question is *** White Lake, NY [redacted]. I believe the recent delivery was made to 5 *** Road and 81 ***. I urge the company to address this issue promptly. Not only is it unsafe due to young children and pets in the area, but it also creates noise, disruptiveness, and dust clouds that affect the residents' daily lives. On Tuesday, April 23rd, a UPS truck displaying the number [redacted] on the side door entered a school zone in Spokane, WA, around 3:02 PM. The vehicle double-parked, obstructing the school driveway and the crossing area for children at Adams Elementary. Located at [redacted] E 37th, Spokane, WA [redacted], the school is near a busy street, Regal. Despite the already narrow road and traffic from parents picking up their children, the driver exited the truck to deliver a package at an apartment complex across the street, leaving the roadway congested and unsafe for student crossings. After being asked not to stop in the school zone during dismissal, the driver responded curtly before leaving hastily. Fortunately, no accident occurred, but the situation was concerning for the safety of the students and families present.

I received a damaged package from UPS, and it appears that it was mishandled during transit. UPS claimed the package was not packed properly, which is untrue. After they returned the package to me with even more damage, they initially approved the claim but are now refusing to pay, citing a third party. This situation is incredibly unfair as I sold a $[redacted] sewing machine that is now worthless due to UPS. It feels like my package was treated by someone who doesn't care. I am extremely frustrated by this whole ordeal. My sewing machine was in perfect condition when I shipped it, with ample protective packaging. Now they have returned it to me with half the packaging and everything inside the box was scattered. This is completely unjust.

Today at 6:20 pm, I encountered an upsetting incident involving a UPS driver parked on [redacted] Ashurst Dr., Phila. [redacted] with license #YVE9413. Navigating around the truck was challenging due to another car parked improperly on the opposite side. The driver's behavior was rude and unprofessional as he interacted unpleasantly with me and even caused a commotion with another individual. This behavior definitely did not embody the standards of UPS. As a 71-year-old with health worries and my young granddaughter in the car, the situation was particularly distressing. I urge for someone to address this concerning behavior with the driver to prevent similar occurrences in the future.

I made a purchase on eBay on 4/15/19 and received a delivery notice on 4/19/19, but the package was not received. The tracking number is 1Z051W2X[redacted]. UPS chat confirmed the package was delivered in my town but to a different person and address. eBay denied my refund claim as the delivery only states the package was delivered to my town with no specific address. I spoke with a live chat representative who mentioned it was delivered to a woman at another address in my town. Hello, I am currently experiencing an issue with my delivery that was supposed to be sent to my permanent address in Fort-de-France, Martinique, an overseas territory of France. I had a disappointing experience with a delivery driver who dropped off my package, a generator, just inches in front of me, although I offered to help. Despite not being in its original packaging, I took it with me on a trip. Unfortunately, after attempting to set it up, I discovered it was damaged - the spark plug chamber was cracked. This left my daughter and me without heat during our first weekend in our new trailer. I am requesting a refund for my $40 payment for next-day air delivery. The scheduled delivery was this morning; however, I received no notification and the package was returned to UPS. As a resident in a building, waiting in the lobby all morning for the delivery is unreasonable. I find it unacceptable to be charged $40 for such poor service.
