Our “box” delivery is now being left at the gate by the road. We have a code gate and UPS has the code and has been coming inside and leaving packages at the garage for over a year. The tracking info says it was left at our door or the garage, that is absolutely not true. I am ** years old and have to unload the box at the road to be able to get the contents from our gate to the house (about *** ft ) I don’t understand why the delivery location has changed. It is just a matter of time before someone helps themselves to our packages left outside the fence by UPS. We have enjoyed the service until now. Please let me know what has caused this change so I won’t be thinking that It is a time saver for the driver and working a hardship on me. Thanks
