I missed a delivery that needed a signature last night. I had stayed at home all day until * PM waiting on this delivery. I called the customer service * to request an early morning delivery. They could not be sure. Then in my attempt to track down a delivery time today I was told through the Rexburg office that it would be delivered between * and * PM today. It is *:** and still no delivery. I have now waited * full days for this delivery and from here on out i will ask my supplier to send this by alternate means. This medication is sensitive to heat and freezing and I need a more timely delivery. Obviously this is not a specialty that UPS has. On top of all this I had to try to understand a foreign speaking individual trying to speak English. This is unacceptable. *I have tried to called a real office but to no avail. I had to go thru a *rd person just to get to someone at the Rexburg office. This is totally unacceptable customer service.
GetHuman-cbrekke did not yet indicate what UPS should do to make this right.
