My name is Nathan Rivera, my tracking number is *Z***RE*YW**********i know its a surepost delivery, but i would like it to not leave the ups facilty when it arrives near me for its last delivery to UsPs. I just want to pick it up fron *** wayside avenue in West Springfield before it leaves there. It saves you sending the driver out needlessly and saves me having to wait for it to arrive at usps to THEN get delivered by them. It would make this so much easier. There has to be a way for someone to get the message to this facility(*** wayside avenue) That When My Package Gets There To Please Hold It there for me to pick up. I shouldn't have to pay a FEE for someone to communicate about holding a package for pickup. All of the supervisors at the call center i called * times said they couldnt help me and werent helpful. They kept saying, well the customer ordered it this way so this is all we can do. But, I am the customer and had a simple *request. The supervisor on duty said his name was Tom and didnt allow me to file a complaint claming "There is no problem so theres nothing to resolve." He was not helpful or understanding, and didnt care that I wasnt happy or about how i felt at all, even though i was clear in my diapleasure. Terrible experience. Please help me file a complaint.
