My check which was originally sent September **st but addressed with a wrong zip code, was reissued this week on Tuesday, it was supposed to be delivered today. At nearly *pm I got a notification that the house number was incorrect or missing, and that it would be returned to the facility to be redelivered. I called customer service. By the time I got to the someone it was after * PM. I asked to be able to go pick up the package directly from the center and was told it was too late. I asked for a supervisor who then called the center and then told me it was not possible to pick it up. Then said that it would be delivered Monday now instead of Saturday like the email said. I asked for someone of higher level of support, and was told that their was no one else to address it to.**I just need my check, so that I can fix my car, and feed my children as I was counting on this check being here long before now. I would like to talk to someone who can make this happen
