The issue in GetHuman-dalter's own words
I've been calling ever day for * days, trying to get a package delivered. **I was home for the *st attempt on **** but the driver did not ring the bell and I saw them drive away. The MyChoice settings say to leave the package at the front door along with a gate code. Every time I call the CSR acknowledges the problem and promises the package will be left the next day and that I will receive a call back from the supervisor*manager of the local center. **After * days of calling no package and no calls back as promised, I called for the *th time and talked to a supervisor. They acknowledged that the local center is unresponsive and says they will try another channel of communications and promises a call back and the package delivered the following day. I do receive a voice mail from the center on **** apologizing and acknowledging that the MyChoice settings should instruct the driver to leave the package and that it will be left on ****.**It is now **** and the package was not delivered today and is being sent back to the shipper. I called for the *th time and talked to a supervisor who apologized and tried to reach the Orlando center but no one answered again. **At this point, I don't know if I just need to keep calling every day for the rest of my life? I am BEYOND frustrated. This continues to be an issue and it seems there is a problem with the local delivery staff here in Orlando. The customer service has been horrible with lack of follow up and no way to directly contact ANYONE.**Tracking number: *Z****************
