The UPS driver went to an incorrect place to deliver my package and updated the status of my package to "First Attempt Made". I took a day off from the office to receive the package (because it needs my signature) only to find that the driver made a mistake and I will not be getting my package. Instead of trying to find the correct address and delivering the package, the UPS driver did not bother and just updated the status saying he made an attempt. What kind of attempt is this? Now they have changed my package delivery date to tomorrow. What is the guarantee that the same thing won't happen tomorrow? ****, what is the guarantee that the driver won't give the package to someone else and I just get the "Delivered" message. After all, he must have pasted a label on someone's door today that he attempted a delivery. I have called UPS customer care thrice already and every time they say they have escalated the issue and that someone should be calling me within an hour. My last call to them was at *:** pm and it is *:** pm now. How many times do I call them? All this for no mistake of mine. Is this the way they satisfy their customers? I have a * to * job and I cannot take leave every day just to receive a UPS package just because an incompetent and irresponsible UPS driver cannot find my address or is too lazy to find and deliver. I have never faced such issues with FedEx or USPS. I must say UPS doesn't bother about the consumers. Our time is literally a matter of joke for them. I tried calling UPS many times, now what else do I do ?
