This is the second time in a month that I have this issue with mailing CERTIFIED mail to an individual within the same City and State where I live and it has taken more than * wks to get to the destination on the receiving end. Only after I check the online TRACKING site and call a supervisor is this problemed discovered. I have brought this to the supervisors ( Krystal) attention and she said it was probably stuck in a machine. I told her it was going to be late and what about my refund. She said the Post Office only guaranteed overnight mail. So, I guess I have to hope and pray my mail get there on time utilizing the CERTIFIED mail with a return receipt by * days THATS on my receipt. USPS is not STANDING by what is on their receipt. I cannot continue to use this service and it is not doing what it states on my receipt. I utilize the LAMAR BRANCH IN Memphis, Tennessee. This issue has happened to me * times continually and it reflects on the Tracking online site. ******************** is the last TRACKING mail. The items I mail using this services require that the Agencies receive this in * days vice * or * weeks within the same City. I can't believe this is happening. My husband and I am retired from the the Federal Government He with ** years and I have ** years. If we had performed our duties this poorly, We never would have been able to retire. Somebody has to start performing their duties to the best of their abilities. Or the USPS will definitely go out of business.
