The issue in GetHuman967444's own words
my shipment was refused by the recipient as UPS indicates. the receiver says that this didn't happen. but they were willing to pay for another courier to return the package to them. firstly, UPS didn't contact me or confirm with me before returning the package to me. I wasn't even given a chance to stop this. then UPS charges me for the return fee $***.**. now that the package is on it's ways back to me, it's one delay after another. the third party has scheduled pick up for this package. if I don't have this for them they will charge me for the scheduling for the pick up. I don't think this type of delay is acceptable if you have already charged me for this. now the newest update is that the package is held for future delivery date. I expect my package delivered today or a full refund of my fee. *ZTK*K************
