As a disabled veteran battling prostate cancer, I recently received Brief, Protective Super Large ABS Attends from the VA Hospital with tracking number 1Z A4F [redacted] 03 2[redacted]. Unfortunately, my prescription was mistakenly delivered to the wrong condo building within my complex. The package, properly addressed with my condo number, was left opened and unattended outside my door. Despite the VA's efforts to safeguard my privacy with discreet packaging, the delivery driver's actions seemed negligent. I contacted the VA promptly to address the issue, but promised callbacks were missed. The contents of my package were tampered with, leaving me uncomfortable and violated. I am distressed over the situation and unable to reach the VA until Monday for a prescription refill. Meanwhile, I am left with no choice but to purchase the necessary items elsewhere. This incident has shaken my trust in the delivery service and I believe the responsible individual should face consequences for their actions.

On Saturday, July 7, [redacted], at 1:10 p.m., a UPS employee rang the doorbell at [redacted] Newkirk Avenue, Brooklyn, NY [redacted]. The recipient, R.A., who is pregnant, went to receive the delivery. The UPS driver, a young black woman, claimed the box was too heavy to be delivered to the door. As a result, the pregnant recipient had to carry the big box from the truck to the house while the UPS woman carried a small box. The weight of the big box was not as heavy as the UPS worker suggested. The UPS woman failed to fulfill her duties by making the pregnant recipient move the box. This situation could pose a liability for UPS, and action should be taken to prevent similar incidents. If additional investigation is required, please contact [redacted].

I received a medication delivery via UPS and was charged a significant fee. Despite being at home, the delivery driver left a note claiming I wasn't there. I was told I could pick up the package the next day, but when I checked, it wasn't available. Despite multiple calls to the customer service center, including speaking to a representative who could not provide a resolution and failed to follow up as promised, the medication was still not accessible. I need help setting up delivery instructions for my UPS account. When packages are left outside my gate, they often get damaged, and drivers rush off, making it difficult to report the issues. This has resulted in significant damage to my items, including missing contents. I suspect this is due to workers puncturing the boxes to carry them, leading to further damage and losses. Some recent damages include a bent gazebo piece, missing rain barrel hardware, and broken parts of a chicken coop, totaling nearly $[redacted]. Despite reaching out to UPS several times, the problem persists. I prefer using FedEx whenever possible as I have had better experiences with them. I urgently need help with a shipment from Payson, Arizona to Tempe, Arizona, which is an 85-mile land distance. The package was shipped Overnight Priority and was traced arriving at Phoenix Sky Harbor at 1:00 am on Friday morning. Upon visiting the Mesa substation at 1:00 p.m., I encountered three unhelpful employees who couldn't locate the package. Despite contacting the main depot at 31st Ave and Thomas Road in Phoenix, no progress was made. After some back and forth, I was told to wait until Monday, July 23rd, four days after the Priority shipment. I even offered to assist at the Sky Harbor location but was met with indifference. The lack of competent and caring staff at UPS is disappointing, as my critical package remains undelivered despite paying for priority shipping. I ordered a package and received a text that it would be delivered today before 8 pm. I have no transportation to get to the post office, so I waited at my mailbox. The carrier saw me but instead of delivering the package, left a slip saying I wasn't home. I was told to pick it up after 7-24-18, but I can't do that due to my disability. This has happened before with the same carrier. I'm asking for my package to be redelivered before 8 pm, as promised. Our mail carrier left the back of our two-cluster mailboxes open, leaving 19 residents' mail vulnerable to theft. This is not the first time this has happened, although it may be a new occurrence for this specific carrier. It is concerning that this situation could occur, especially considering the prevalence of identity and mail theft. While I understand that carriers can be busy, incidents like this can contribute to facilitating such crimes. Unfortunately, it is too late to address the issue now, as the boxes remain accessible to anyone passing by. Our usual mail carrier has been inconsistent with delivering our mail lately. There have been delays lasting several days, and we've been informed by the Post Office that this is due to a loose dog in the area. This situation is affecting the delivery of essential items such as medications and bills. Despite living only six houses away from where the problem is occurring, our deliveries have been severely impacted. While occasionally we see the mail truck stop and deliver our mail, this has become infrequent. Our primary worry is the delivery of our medications, as we are seniors reliant on them.

I was informed by the driver that the package was left at my front door, but upon checking, there was no sign of it. My entire family was home, and my children were eagerly waiting for the delivery, so I instructed them to check the mailbox. To my surprise, the driver had left the packages, valued at over $[redacted], near the street by the gate, a fifth of a mile from the front door. This delivery location was not acceptable or safe. The driver’s choice could have resulted in the packages being stolen or discarded. I believe the driver should have followed the usual practice of delivering to the front door, like other UPS drivers do, especially considering the service fee I paid for this delivery.

I recently had a package sent to a UPS pick-up location, but it was allegedly seized by the DEA with the help of a UPS employee. Despite no criminal activity and no resolution, the package was not delivered to me. The employees are covering up the incident, providing false information about the package's whereabouts, and are uncooperative in assisting me.

According to the UPS tracking information, the order was marked as delivered on 7/27/[redacted]. However, the delivery was left at my garage instead of my house as indicated in the UPS proof of delivery. The package was not found at either location on 7/27 or 7/28. Surprisingly, on 7/29/[redacted], I discovered the package at my doorstep in a shopping bag. The box was open, and the complimentary gift was missing. This situation is distressing and not acceptable. I am unsure who took the package or if the coffee beans were exposed to the recent rainstorms or tampered with. As a result, I am requesting a complete refund for this order and a new shipment of the coffee beans that were initially requested.

I am seeking assistance regarding a recent claim notification from UPS. The package in question, with tracking number: 1ZW[redacted][redacted], contained deeply personal items such as my grandparents' wedding photos, teenage diaries, and sketchbooks. While they may not hold high monetary value, they are of immense personal significance to me. On the day of the scheduled delivery, Friday, July 6, the shipper received a notification from UPS stating that the commercial invoice was lost and needed to be resent. After the shipper complied and UPS acknowledged receiving the new invoice, the package seemed to have vanished from UPS's tracking system. It is perplexing that the package went missing after this point, especially considering that UPS had acknowledged the receipt of the updated commercial invoice. I am concerned that despite the unique nature of the items in the package, UPS has not reached out to me for a description of the box and its contents. I can only assume this oversight is due to the international nature of the shipment and the provision of the commercial invoice.

I believe there has been a fraudulent account opened in my name for UPS My Choice Preferences to monitor package deliveries. On August 1st, I received an email notification from UPS stating that a package was delivered, however, I have not sent any packages via UPS recently except for potential returns. The package in question was delivered to a residential address that I am not familiar with. The tracking number for this incident is 1ZA8T[redacted][redacted] under FERGUSON ENT. I was expecting a package on Friday, August 3rd. I received an email saying the delivery was attempted, even though I was home and the truck never showed up. After multiple calls to UPS, I finally spoke with Shana Maddy from the local office. She initially claimed the driver tried to deliver but then changed the reason to slippery roads, which was not accurate for my location. After expressing my frustration, she mentioned the supervisor, Sam Johnson, might deliver the package on Saturday. Despite filing a complaint, I have not heard back from anyone as of Monday, August 6, at 12:00 pm. The delay has left me without essential plumbing supplies, disrupting my shower repairs. Miss Maddy suggested I drive 45 miles to Cairo to retrieve the package, which is inconvenient. Dealing with UPS has been disappointing, and I hope this issue gets resolved promptly.

I noticed that the driver in Oil City, LA at 11:45am is driving with dysfunctional turn signal indicators at the front of the vehicle. When I tried to reach out to customer service, I encountered difficulties as the computer system only accepts calls related to routing numbers or billing issues. In my attempt to contact UPS stores in Shreveport, I was advised to press 0 at every prompt, but unfortunately, the calls were consistently rejected after pressing zero. Speaking to the store manager at one location, I was informed that the store was not affiliated with UPS and that he couldn't offer any assistance before abruptly hanging up. This situation puts the driver at risk of an accident despite no fault of their own, and the unavailability of a functional reporting system is concerning.

My shipment was refused by the recipient as per UPS records. The recipient, however, denies this and opted to arrange for a different courier for the return. UPS did not notify me before sending back the package, resulting in an unexpected return fee of $[redacted].48. Now, the package is facing continual delays as a third party is set to pick it up, potentially charging me for a missed collection. I experienced a concerning situation during a recent UPS delivery at [redacted] Brizel Ln, Manning SC. A man attempted to take my package from the delivery driver, disregarding my clearly marked requests for no trespassing on my property. This individual has previously taken my mail and packages. I implore UPS to never leave packages near my property gate. Please ensure that deliveries requiring my signature are acknowledged only by me, presenting my photo ID with the name George F. Lane and my USAF ID alongside my driver's license. Thank you to the driver for handling the situation appropriately and not releasing the package to the unauthorized individual.

Today, a stand-in driver claimed to have delivered a package to us, falsely using my name as the recipient. However, our security cameras caught the driver passing by without stopping to deliver the package. Upon complaint, he returned after 3 hours with excuses. When I challenged him about forging my signature, he claimed he made an error assuming we were a suite, rather than stopping to confirm the address visibly displayed on our building, mailbox, and door. This behavior is unacceptable, especially as it occurs whenever our regular UPS driver is unavailable. We are seeking resolution for this recurring issue.

I received a notification online stating that the UPS driver missed me, but no UPS driver came down my street today. This has happened before, and I am frustrated with the lack of assistance I get from UPS customer service. I am disappointed with the service and do not plan on using UPS in the future. I would like to receive my package today as I have already paid for it. I do not want to drive to the nearest UPS location to pick it up, as it is the company's responsibility to deliver it to me. I am unhappy with the repeated occurrences of this issue and hope it can be resolved promptly.

I recently found my Latanoprost medication for glaucoma left at the end of my driveway at [redacted] Whitehouse Farm Drive in Beaverdam, VA [redacted]. The package was left there sometime after 4 pm on Wednesday afternoon (8/15/[redacted]) and I only noticed it on Thursday morning. The medication needs to be kept cold, especially in hot weather, and it was shipped with ice packets that had melted. I am unsure if the medication is still viable. I am puzzled as to why the UPS driver did not deliver it to my doorstep, as I was home at the time. Although my driveway is lined with trees, they are regularly trimmed to allow for deliveries without obstruction. While no other delivery drivers had issues, I am concerned about why my UPS delivery person chose to leave it unattended. This is worrisome due to the nature of the medication that requires refrigeration.
