Make a complaint ... The UPS driver banged on our window & when my daughter answered the door, the driver said "Y'all need to learn to answer your goddamn door"*My daughter told him we work long hours & are rarely home. He replied "Next time your ******* package will stay in the rain or I will throw it down the hill". I've called to complain & I get "We will forward your complaint & have someone return your call." The call never came so I called again with the same answer. Today I called yet again & an hour later Laura from the Cincinnati hub called to say she would pass along my complaint & no one would be calling me back but if I had another complaint just give the *-*** number another call
Poor customer service means less customers
