On ******, I took my package of fiesta ware, that was packed VERY WELL and marked FRAGILE ALL OVER THE BOX to my local UPS store. The box was going to Arizona. He told me there had been problems shipping fragile things as they have been getting complaints of breakage. The package arrived in AZ ******. First of all, the original box had been placed in a larger box WITHOUT ANY TYPE OF PACKING TO SECURE THE INNER BOX AND NO WORDS WHATSOEVER OF FRAGILE, DO NOT DROP, ETC WERE ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE BOX!!! I have pictures to prove this. I have my credit card receipt showing the purchase from Homer Laughlin Company in WV and I have my UPS receipt. I stopped at my local UPS store on Monday *******. I spoke with the manager and he told me that his employee didn't put the original box inside the larger box but that he would have called UPS to pick up and somewhere between that point and arrival point, UPS put the original into a larger box. I also showed him the pictures. I took $*** in insurance out on the package. The tracking * is *Z *** *AR ** **** ****. I have been an Ebay seller for over ** years. I send all my packages via USPS globally. Not one time in all of those years has anything arrived to my customers broken because of the way I package. I want a full refund of the insurance amount of $*** and I would like to know how I can send the pictures and also pictures of the receipts. I appreciate your help in this matter. Thank you.
