UPS shipment, *Z**************** , out for delivery, agent marked not in for first delivery, despite shipment not requiring signature, and is now being directed to an access point for next business day pickup. Shipment is critical for weekend. Paid extra to guarantee shipment before weekend. Am demanding someway to pickup package tomorrow, Saturday. Will go to warehouse, do not care, require package tomorrow at all costs.
