UPS were supposed to deliver my parcel by 'end of day' on Monday *th June. I waited in all day and at *pm I had an automated email from them 'Your delivery has been rescheduled for Tuesday *th June'. No excuse given - no apology offered. So I checked the tracking status today *th June and it said 'Out for delivery by end of day' At *pm there was no delivery and the tracking status now said 'Delivery address changed. We've corrected the apartment number and the package is on it's way to the updated address'. Yet in the original tracking - the delivery address was shown ***% correctly. There is no longer any update showing regarding a delivery date. UPS - you have wasted two days of my life and I want my package.

GetHuman-rcbrace did not yet indicate what UPS (UK) should do to make this right.

How GetHuman-rcbrace fixed the problem
UPS eventually delivered the package three days late. Not impressed. But their **** number has a ** minute waiting time before you get to speak with anyone. Having waited * days for rescheduled delivery - I am not wasting another ** minutes of my life waiting for someone to answer the phone. Shame on you UPS.
