How GetHuman-rodfleck fixed the problem
I didn't fix it personally. The package was delivered to my house today. I wasn't in but fortunately it was dropped off at a nursery nearby so I went and collected it. Trouble was I hadn't been told originally that they'd do this. All badly organised by UPS.
