I purchased a item online, but it was very bad quality. *The company sent me a return label (p*p), and I posted it via ups ** weeks went by, and ups then delivered my parcel back to me, and I'm confused as to why this has happened. *I need to send it back, as I need the refund, but their policy states it has to be done within ** days of receiving it I be first place. *Please help. *Many thanks *Tim Byles
