I paid extra money for my parcel to be delivered on the **th of April (Monday)**I shipped it on Friday at *pm. The website and a representative from UPS told me that my parcel would ***% arrive on Monday by *pm, as it was a guaranteed delivery.**However my parcel was not collected until Monday and therefore was late. I would like to receive a refund which was promised to me if it did not arrive on time.
