Help with my UPS (UK) issue

UPS (UK)'s call center is closed now. We will send GetHuman628991 a reminder to call them when they open. Nothing to do for now but wait!
The issue and preferred resolution, in GetHuman628991's own words:
I paid extra money for my parcel to be delivered on the **th of April (Monday)**I ****pped it on Friday at *pm. The website and a representative from UPS told me that my parcel would ***% arrive on Monday by *pm, as it was a guaranteed delivery.**However my parcel was not collected until Monday and therefore was late. I would like to receive a refund which was promised to me if it did not arrive on time.
I trust that UPS (UK) will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
