Hello, I am Nikolaos Manoloudakis and I have made two orders from Viralstyle to Greece, specifically Athens, Kallithea, Aiglis 14-16, with postal code [redacted] on June 4, [redacted]. Despite receiving confirmation emails and tracking numbers from UPS on June 11th and 12th for orders [redacted][redacted]2 and [redacted][redacted]1, I have not received any further updates via email or mail. After contacting UPS and filing an official complaint, I was informed that they do not know the whereabouts of my orders. They advised me to contact you to obtain the unique post tracking number from the post office to locate my orders. Due to the lack of information provided, I am considering taking legal action against those responsible for the inconvenience I have faced. I expect a prompt reply with an apology and the swift delivery of my packages. I am not willing to pay for transportation fees again if there were issues with the service that resulted in my parcels being returned to the USA. Upon contacting UPS and lodging a formal complaint, UPS informed me that they are unaware of the whereabouts of my orders and that their involvement is limited to providing an online platform for tracking. UPS advised me to reach out to you to obtain the UNIQUE POST TRACKING NUMBER linked to the local post office to locate my orders. As I have not received any resolution or updates regarding my orders, I must express my intention to take legal action against those responsible for the inconvenience I have faced thus far. Additionally, I expect a prompt apology and for my packages to be delivered without further delay. I currently have two packages that were sent through MI, with both stuck in limbo. Tracking them only shows "Acceptance Pending" at the Kansas City post office, and I'm based in Topeka, KS. It's been three weeks since they were shipped by the vendor. In the future, I will opt for 2-day UPS delivery to avoid this situation. It's frustrating not knowing if the packages are being returned or are still in transit. Unfortunately, neither package can be intercepted. The level of service is quite disappointing. - Michelle S.

I am struggling with retrieving my three lost packages. The mail innovations office has been unresponsive, despite my efforts to reach out. I possess pictures indicating my packages were last with mail innovations, not the local post office. Oddly, when attempting to lodge a complaint, my shipping details were suddenly updated, yet there has been no progress in six days. I have been unsuccessful in getting through to anyone at mail innovations despite their previous promise to contact me. Currently, they are not answering my calls.

I placed an order for photo Christmas cards from Snapfish on November 29. Unfortunately, I have not received the cards in the mail yet. Upon checking the status online with the tracking number provided (M[redacted]S[redacted]9), I saw that the package reached Santa Ana, where I reside, but was not delivered to me. I have attempted to reach out to the Santa Ana post office and have also tried contacting UPS, but they do not recognize the tracking number and were unable to assist me. If anyone has any information or can help me locate my missing package, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you.

I recently contacted your customer service to inquire about tracking my package using a USPS tracking number as it has not arrived yet. The USPS tracking information shows that it reached my local post office, but they have no record of it. After speaking with a representative, I was placed on hold and then disconnected abruptly. This experience was unprofessional and discourteous. I intend to reach out to the sender and request that they use an alternative shipping provider in the future instead of UPS.

Hello, my name is Matt Shelton, and my wife, Kelly, was informed about a package scheduled for arrival at our home last week. However, as of today, December 20th, the package has not yet arrived. Despite multiple visits to both the local UPS store and Post Office in search of the package, neither location has been able to provide information on its whereabouts. The package was last tracked to the UPS Mail Innovations facility in Kansas City on December 12th at 3:53 PM. The Post Office in Waterloo, Iowa confirmed not receiving the container the package was shipped in and attempted to locate the package via GPS, only to find that UPS still has possession of it. Any assistance in locating the package would be greatly appreciated, especially with Christmas approaching. Thank you.

I am inquiring about my package that has been sitting at the Urbancrest Ohio location for a week now. I contacted customer service and was redirected to a 1-[redacted] tracking number. The representative advised me to contact the mail innovations location to file a claim. Upon calling back to the Urbancrest Ohio location, I was informed that they do not handle such calls and they have no manager available to assist. I am eager to have my package delivered promptly as it was scheduled for arrival on Saturday, July 11th. To whom it may concern, the Deacon and his wife are leaving Our Lady of the Lake Roman Catholic Church. The children at Our Lady of the Lake School contributed to purchase a shirt online for the Deacon's wife as a special farewell gift. Despite speaking with the USPS manager on July 17th, the package has not arrived as of today, July 21st. To avoid disappointing the children at Our Lady of the Lake Roman Catholic School who planned to give this gift at the farewell party this weekend, please deliver the package without further delay. My package was shipped from Hong Kong on November 27, [redacted], via UPS Innovations. The last tracking update was on the same day. The tracking number is [redacted][redacted]3. I made the purchase on November 24th, expecting it to arrive in Florida by now. After contacting UPS, they informed me that it is stuck in UPS Innovations and never made it to USPS. I've verified with USPS, and they confirmed not receiving it. I desperately need to locate my lost package as my children's Christmas depends on it. This year has been tough for them, and this situation is making it harder. I'm currently unemployed and can't afford to replace the lost items. I sent a parcel on August 19, [redacted], heading to Iroquous Falls, ON Canada, but it ended up in Staten Island. The package was shipped using a combination of UPS and Mail Innovations services. UPS handles the transit and then forwards the package to the post office for delivery. The tracking page indicates that the package was delivered, so the next step is to start an investigation. Any problems with a delivered Mail Innovations package should be reported to the sender. I kindly request to initiate this investigation as it has been 3 months since the incident occurred.

I am concerned about a package I sent through Books-A-Million that has been stuck in your Smyrna warehouse since December 12th. It is frustrating that the website promises a transfer to USPS within 24 to 48 hours, which clearly hasn't happened. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I have encountered delivery issues with your company. Previously, both the initial shipment and the replacement were lost. My package from Shutterfly, which departed from Philadelphia, PA on December 7th at 6 pm, has had an unexpected journey. After spending 4 days in Bridgeport, New Jersey, it finally made its way to Rochester, NY, which is closest to my location, on December 13th. The delivery window was set between December 11-15th but unfortunately, it was redirected to Urbancrest, Ohio, two days later. As of yesterday, it was still in Ohio, despite the notification claiming it would arrive by 9:00 pm on December 16th. With it being December 17th now, I am eager to find out the new estimated arrival time and current location of my package. The sudden out-of-state detour after reaching my local postal area has left me puzzled.

My package tracking shows that it's been delivered to the Chippewa Falls Post Office. I contacted them, and they mentioned that others had the same problem - the tracking shows acceptance pending, but the package wasn't actually on that shipment. It seems like my package might be lost. Is there a way to locate it or have it delivered? If it's lost, I'd like my shipper to send out a new one. I'll need confirmation of that too.
