I originally signed up for Apple Music with the student discount in April when I first got my student email address and since then I have yet to receive the discount. Meaning I have been getting billed $** from Apple. I have went on to my subscriptions and updated it, I have gone on to Unidays to update it, I have tried both multiple times. Nothing has worked, I have been enrolled since August there should be no reason why I should be paying the original price if I have signed up and registered for the student discount. I receive emails so I’m unsure of why the payment is different.
GetHuman-tarollin did not yet indicate what UNiDays should do to make this right.
