I received * bills from the provider. One for date of date of service - ********* - ********* from Saint Peters University Hospital and the bill is for amount ***$. The name of the patient is Binita Shah**Second - for statement date ********* for patient Tia Shah . the amount if ****. I was told my insurance covers the whole bill then why did I receive these bills in mail. I have also not received my benfits eligibility from UMR to verify these are the correct claims and i need to pay. **Also, I would like to speak to UMR customer service rep on phone and I cant connect to them. There is no option to speak to them. I have called these names:***)***-***-**** **) *** *** ******)***-***-****
