Your phone system is ridiculous. I do not have a claim number, hence why I am calling. Your automatic system continues to hang up on me saying "it seems like you're having trouble, goodbye". I have spent the past ** minutes finally puzzling my way through getting to an operator, being transferred to customer service, being transferred to claims, find out claims is closed, so I call back. I am transferred to customer service, ask to transfer to a supervisor, the call is dropped on part of the CSR. I call back. I am transferred to customer service, transferred to "supervisor", which is actually an operator, operator transfers me to "supervisor", who is customer service, customer service says they cannot directly transfer me to a specialist, but will ensure I get to one. I am transferred to an operator, and the call drops. This has been ** minutes. One CSR says they found my claim "just sitting" in my correspondence account. Another CSR said they can find nothing. I submitted the claim over five weeks ago. On top of UMR failing to pay a claim (which UMR admitted they "missed") that cost me *** hours of time on the phone (partially due to the ridiculous phone system), and my credit score dropping **** points for three months before I was able to get negative remarks removed from my credit report.... this is insane and feels like bad faith. I would like a direct line to a supervisor. I cannot continue to spend ** minutes of my ** minute lunch break calling UMR to verify this claim was received. Please call me at (***) ***-****. I have literally gone in circles with your phone system since *:**pm PST.
