I contacted ulta by phone about two item that was broken in a replacement they sent and they said that they will be in touch with me by Tuesday. I have made five orders and every single one the colorpop eyeshadow has came broken and I’m so stressed because they keep coming broken! This order and other items were a gift for someone and they aren’t going to deal with me until Tuesday about the replacement coming broken? I can provide pictures of they and anything else! They are a gift for my sister and I can’t give her broken eyeshadow! It is not my fault that everything I receive keeps arriving broken.
