I was granted permission to stay until [redacted] through an NHS visa application. Unfortunately, my Biometric Residence Permit (BRP) has been delayed, and I need to urgently travel back home to be with a family member who is unwell. The BRP was initially sent to my old address and my attempts to redirect it to my new address were unsuccessful. The BRP has been returned to the UK Visa and Immigration (UKVI) office and has not been resent for about three weeks. I'm seeking advice on how to proceed given the urgency of the situation.

Hello, my name is Grace Guan. I applied for a replacement BRP for my children at the end of May. They attended their biometric appointments on 1st June. In early July, we received letters from UKVI requesting the application fees. We paid by postal order and returned the payment by special delivery. However, we have not yet received the new BRP cards or any updates. I have tried to contact UKVI before, but after waiting for half an hour, no one answered my phone call. I tried calling today, but the line is always busy, so I cannot get through. Can someone please assist me in finding out the status of my application? I am curious why it is taking so long and how much longer we can expect to wait. Thank you.

We had an appointment at the VFS Global Bangkok Office on 23 AUG, and it has been over 18 working days without receiving any update emails from VFS or gov.uk regarding our application. We also sent an email requesting to extend the consideration period. We used a courier service for the application, as we are scheduled to travel to the UK from 19-26 SEP [redacted]. We attempted to contact UKVI via email and phone calls but have not had any success. Here are the details for your reference: Application Reference Number: GWF[redacted]54 Applicant: P.S. Passport Number: AC[redacted] Date of Birth: 1 Jan [redacted] City: Bangkok Country: United Kingdom Travel Dates: 19-26 SEP [redacted] Contact Email: [redacted]

To Whom It May Concern, I am writing regarding an online application that was submitted for the replacement of lost/stolen BRPs. We received a confirmation email with Reference Number: 2BAA[redacted]00, suggesting the BRP card would be delivered within 7 to 10 business days via an anonymous courier service. Subsequently, an email from UKVI with number [redacted]7 mentioned the BRP card would arrive in 48 hours. However, TNT emailed about an unsuccessful delivery attempt without specifying the package's contents or purpose. Their tracking number provided is untraceable. I urge for the courier service to: 1. Provide a traceable tracking number in advance. 2. Communicate effectively and ensure accurate delivery addresses. It would be helpful if the Home Office could also offer the tracking number or allow collection from a nearby depot in case of delivery issues. Please contact us via email at [redacted] or [redacted], or call [redacted]0 or [redacted]5. Thank you.

Dear Team, I am writing to inform you that there has been an error on my visa application form. In all my official documents, including my passport, my name is listed as CHRISTY MANU VARGHESE. However, the visa application form has my surname listed first as VARGHESE CHRISTY MANU. This mistake has been reflected in all associated documents such as the document checklist and payment receipts. I have rectified this by canceling the previous application and submitting a new one. I kindly request a refund for the fees I have already paid. Please find attached my passport for reference, as well as the receipts for the IHS payment, visa checklist, and other relevant documents. I have made the following payments: - IHS amount: 97,[redacted].85 INR - Standard Visa fee: 36,[redacted].00 INR - Priority fee + prime time appointment: 22,[redacted] + 3,[redacted] = 26,[redacted].00 INR. Reference: UKVI_3PG[redacted] IHS reference number: IHS[redacted]61 Thank you.

I have applied for Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR) after completing the 10-year long residency required. I submitted all necessary evidence, including past visa decision letters from the last 10 years to support my application. Regrettably, I mistakenly used the SET (M) form instead of the correct SET (LR) form for my ILR application. I hope the Home Office could have identified this error and allowed me to correct it promptly. It seems illogical to pursue ILR through the 10-year parent route. After being informed of the denial, I have been advised to consider the FLR (FP) visa by paying the £[redacted] Health Surcharge by February 7, [redacted]. I kindly request the Home Office to reconsider my ILR application, allowing me to use the correct SET (LR) form. I have met all criteria such as the Life in the UK and scoring a distinction in the B1 English test. Additionally, I mention that my son, R.K.W. Apple, who arrived with me in [redacted], has already been granted ILR. I hope for a fair and positive reassessment of my ILR application.

I am currently waiting for my Biometric Residence Permit (BRP) card after applying for a replacement on 17/01/[redacted]. I urgently need to travel to my home country due to a family emergency. I am a single mother, and the person who usually looks after my children is relocating to Benin soon. Despite my valid immigration status until 18/05/[redacted], there seems to be an issue showing it as invalid online. Hence, I applied for a new BRP card in January [redacted]. I need to bring my children with me as there are no other caregivers available for them once their current carer moves.

I recently applied for a new BRP card because of getting married. We used the IDV app on 24.04.22, paid the fee, and submitted the required documents. After waiting for 7 weeks with no updates, we received an email from the home office last week stating that no biometrics had been sent. Upon contacting UKVCAS, they mentioned that all documents have been uploaded, but suggested reaching out to the home office. Unfortunately, UKVCAS did not provide any contact details, which has left us feeling frustrated with the service. We are unsure of what steps to take next. We are concerned about potential fines and are in possession of proof of submission through the IDV app. I'm reaching out on behalf of my wife, the applicant, for assistance and guidance on this matter. Thank you in advance for any help you can provide.
