I bought UFC [redacted] using my fight pass phone app. When I wanted to watch it on my TV via the TV's fight pass app, my previous purchase from the phone did not carry over. Hence, I had to buy UFC [redacted] again to watch it on my TV. Essentially, I paid twice for the same event, and now I am requesting a refund for one of the purchases. I believe this occurred due to a lack of synchronization between the phone and TV apps, even though both were under the same account. It seems logical to expect the software to recognize the previous purchase and allow access on the TV app. Kindly process the refund for the duplicate purchase. Thank you.

I ordered the UFC pay-per-view event on Saturday, March 2, [redacted], but despite the funds being deducted from my account, I was unable to view the event. I reached out to [redacted] on March 4, [redacted], but did not receive a response. After finding a phone number ([redacted]) on the same day, I called and was directed to email [redacted] Despite sending three emails on March 4th, 5th, and 9th, with only two automated replies received, I have not heard back. When I called again on March 11, [redacted], I was informed by "Sophie" that I would need to wait for a response to my emails. Unfortunately, I was unable to speak to anyone or reach a supervisor. I tried calling again recently, but the lines were busy. I am still waiting for a resolution and some assistance.

Hello, I recently subscribed to a UFC trial but accidentally selected a 6-month subscription instead of the intended monthly rollover at 5.99. I am finding it extremely difficult to reach your customer service. When attempting to cancel through the subscription settings, the option to cancel is not available. As a retired military individual, I cannot afford the upfront 6-month payment. It is disappointing that there is no clear method provided to cancel. I have tried searching online for ways to cancel but encountered the same issue. I am in the process of canceling the direct debit with my bank. I was hoping to enjoy the UFC content on a monthly basis. It is important to address this lack of accessibility for cancellation. I urge you to promptly cancel my subscription and allow me to set up monthly payments.

I am experiencing difficulties calling UFC Fight Pass for assistance. When attempting to log in on my Amazon Firestick, I received a message stating that my account was locked. Despite seeking help through live chat, I was directed to a website for Firestick troubleshooting, which did not address the root issue of my account being locked. I made it clear that I needed assistance unlocking my account but was subsequently ignored. The lack of customer service is frustrating, especially since I was unable to watch the pre prelims for the Holloway fight in April [redacted]. As a long-time supporter of UFC, I am disappointed with the current level of service provided by UFC Fight Pass.

I had issues trying to watch PPVs twice now. The first time, I didn't realize it didn't include the PPV, fool me once, right? The second time, I wasn't able to buy the PPV despite trying with friends over to watch the fight. The ESPN website wouldn't let me make the purchase. After trying to log out and back in to my Fight Pass account, I got locked out. The password isn't being saved, and when I try to update it on the website, nothing happens when I click. I didn't pay $[redacted] to be locked out of my account. Also, why can't I watch any [redacted] events on the app? Isn't the main reason for subscribing to watch events live? ESPN Plus seems pointless too; if I miss it live when I'm at work, there are no replays available. This whole way of running the app makes no sense. Please let me access my account or refund my $[redacted]. UFC's business practices have been disappointing, and I ended up watching the fights for free the next day because my money doesn't seem to matter to them.

I was charged for the yearly subscription about a month ago, which is okay. However, I encountered issues while trying to purchase the Holloway vs. Poirier 2 PPV on ESPN's site. Even attempting to buy the PPV through the fight pass was unsuccessful. After being advised to log out and back in, I couldn't log in due to "incorrect credentials" despite noting down my information. Resetting my password didn't work; the update button didn't respond. I paid $[redacted] for the service and want access. Please assist me in accessing my account promptly. I have concerns about viewing [redacted] events on the fight pass without access. As the highest subscription holder, it's puzzling not to have complete app access. Kindly respond quickly to help resolve these issues.

As a dedicated fan of the UFC for over 20 years, I am extremely disappointed by the new business model. The requirement to purchase ESPN monthly in addition to the UFC app fees is frustrating. Attempting to stream fights on UFC Fight Pass results in blackouts that redirect to ESPN+, which doesn't always have the content I am looking for. The added necessity of cable is beyond frustrating. I am considering watching football instead due to these challenges. I would appreciate a refund for this year and am so upset I am contemplating legal action. This recurring issue needs to be addressed by the UFC to better serve long-time fans. The current state of access to fights is far from the simpler and more fan-friendly experience of years past.

I visited the UFC website and signed up for a free trial by providing my card information. They charged me $9.99 instead. I contacted their chat support, and they promised a refund and cancellation of the subscription since the trial was not available. After emailing their support, I did not receive any response. They assured me a refund in 7-10 days. By the 8th day, I checked with them again, and they claimed they issued the refund, but my bank had not received it. Now it's 12/5, no emails or refunds received despite following up. I'm frustrated and seeking assistance as I just want my money back promptly. If they fail to act, I am considering involving the BBB.

I previously submitted a message on this forum about not being able to access any fights on my XBOX despite being charged for two months. I am only looking to watch regular fights, not premium ones. The platform keeps prompting me to visit their website to sign up for premium fights, even for fights in the library. I've encountered this issue before and have already been charged twice. If this matter is not resolved, I will be seeking a refund for the two monthly charges. I would appreciate it if someone could reach out to me to discuss and resolve this issue. Thank you, Rudy.

I ordered the UFC event on Saturday, December 14th to watch the 3 title fights, but I never got to watch them. The charge went through on my credit card, and I can provide proof if needed. However, the stream kept loading endlessly, and I didn't get to see any of the fights, not for a second. I'm incredibly frustrated. After payment, the screen showed the red loading symbol, and despite waiting until 10 PM, it never changed. It's not an issue with my TV or internet. I won't be ordering UFC again. I'm disappointed that I wasted $65 without even seeing the event.

Hello, my name is Ian G Mitchell. I have a yearly Fight Pass subscription purchased on June 20, [redacted], which is valid until June 20, [redacted], for £59.88 through the Play Store. Following the recent updates to the UFC TV apps, I am unable to access my account as it has been locked. Despite attempting to open my current subscriptions, the content remains inaccessible. I still have over 6 months left on my subscription. I have reached out by email multiple times to the UFC Fight Pass team but have not received any response. I kindly request prompt assistance from a UFC representative to resolve this issue and unlock my account. Any help or guidance you can provide would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Ian G Mitchell.

I am experiencing difficulty accessing the fight pass content. The system prompts me to upgrade to a monthly or yearly pass, even though I have over 6 months remaining on my current subscription. My email is [redacted] I kindly ask for your assistance in investigating and resolving this issue promptly. The lack of service provided thus far is unacceptable to me. I request that my fight pass account be reinstated on all devices for the duration of my subscription ending in June.

Hello, I have a question about the recent update. Previously, I could watch multiple videos simultaneously, like having live events on my Apple TV while watching other content on my laptop. Now, I encounter issues where I can't even have more than one Fight Pass tab open without getting a device usage error. Fight Pass is marketed as the Netflix of fighting, so it's frustrating to be limited to one screen. I've been a satisfied subscriber for years, but I'm disappointed with the messy interface and poorly executed update. If this restriction continues, I may seek a refund and switch to a streaming service that provides a better experience.

I used to have the "Fido Pay" option to order PPV events, but now it's disappeared. I was double-charged for UFC [redacted] - once on my debit card and once on Fido Pay. Even though Fido Pay said it was over its limit, I was still charged. I prefer using Fido Pay for security reasons since I change my debit card number after every online purchase. For UFC [redacted], only the debit/credit option shows up, not Fido Pay. I want to continue using Fido Pay, receive a refund for the duplicate UFC [redacted] charge, and have the Fido Pay option reinstated for live PPV event purchases. Thank you in advance for your help. From, K.C. P.S. I've always used Fido Pay for PPV events and my monthly $9.99 subscription.

During the trial, I decided against keeping the UFC Fight Pass channel. I contacted UFC for assistance in removing it from my TV. However, I was surprised to see a $95.88 charge from UFC in my bank account today. Upon checking, my online account was still active. I do not find the Fight Pass channel worth the price and therefore want a refund. Kindly return the money to my account and cancel the UFC channel promptly.

I recently received an email stating that my subscription had ended even though it's supposed to be active until April 4, [redacted], with automatic monthly renewal. To confirm my subscription status and payment details, I mistakenly subscribed for an additional plan I don't need. Please reach out to me, Henry Knight, at [redacted] to discuss the order# GPA.3[redacted]-3[redacted]8 made with Visa ending in [redacted] on March 23, [redacted], at 1:56 pm MST for $9.99 with a total payment amount of $10.62. The subscription is associated with [redacted] Kindly cancel this accidental subscription and process a refund to my bank account. I acknowledge this error was my doing, as I only intended to update my existing subscription's payment information. Your assistance in confirming the cancellation and refund is appreciated. Thank you.

I created a UFC Fight Pass account several months ago to watch a single fight. I used a friend's card for payment, not realizing it was a recurring monthly charge. Unfortunately, I've forgotten the email associated with the account and have been unsuccessful in recovering it despite trying different email addresses and using the password reset option. As a result, I'm unable to cancel the subscription and stop the payments without my login information. I've attempted to find customer support for the app without success, leaving me unsure of how to proceed.

Dear Dana White, I believe it's important to ensure fair contracts for fighters by allowing them to exit if unhappy with pay or other terms. It seems unjust that fighters can be released at any time despite signing a multi-fight deal. They should have the autonomy to terminate when necessary as independent contractors. It's essential to adjust compensation based on a fighter's growing popularity. For instance, Gamebred deserves more than half of his previous earnings, especially after becoming a prominent BMF fighter. Pay should reflect his market value, potentially exceeding other fighters like Usman. UFC's success during the pandemic suggests the ability to invest in marquee matchups like a rematch between Gamebred and Funky Askren, drawing significant pay-per-view buys. These fighters, alongside others like Lawler, Mia, and Masvidal, could generate substantial revenue through rematches. Providing Askren another opportunity to showcase his skills would captivate fans. Your consideration of these suggestions is appreciated. Best regards, Wes Crawford - a devoted UFC fan with a passion for the sport.

I contacted customer service several months ago when the fight between Torres and the Russian fighter who beat McGregor got cancelled. There was a lot of drama in and out of the ring, and I wanted to cancel my Fight Pass membership and receive a refund for that event. I was assured that my request would be processed, but I've noticed that I've been continuously charged $9.99 each month without receiving a refund. Could you please reach out to me via email and phone to resolve this matter? I've been a loyal UFC fan since the beginning and miss the UFC community. Let's all stay healthy during this tough time of COVID-19 and look forward to reuniting when this is over. Take care. - B.G.A. / By Grace Alone

Dear UFC Fight Pass, I appreciate the opportunity to watch exciting UFC fights through your service. However, I would like to suggest the addition of a feature that allows for adjustable image quality. Currently, I face challenges due to my slow internet connection, which hampers my viewing experience. Living close to a major city, I only have access to a 2-4 meg connection, which causes frequent buffering and interruptions during fights. Unlike Netflix and YouTube, your service does not adapt to varying connection speeds or offer quality options. It would greatly enhance my enjoyment if I could select between SD (480p), HD (720p), and the current 1080p resolution. Having this feature would undoubtedly improve my satisfaction with your service. It would eliminate the need to constantly monitor my connection speed and make me more inclined to subscribe annually. I believe this addition would benefit many other users in similar situations. Thank you for considering my feedback. Best regards, John
