The UFC pay per view event for Saturday March *, **** was ordered, funds were taken from bank account, wasn't able to view event. Contacted *****@***.com on March *, ****, no response. Located a phone number (***-***-****) on March *, ****. Called number, girl only knew how to say, "You will need to send email to: *****@***.com". Have sent three emails to that address on March *th, *th and *th. Received two auto replies after first two emails, nothing after last one. Called number again on March **, ****. Spoke to a "Sophie", advised would have to wait for response from emails. Asked to be transferred to department to speak to someone, was advised no one available. Asked for a supervisor, advised no one available. Attempted to call again about ten minutes ago, all circuits busy. So, what does a person have to do to get a response and some help?
