UFC,**I am logged into my UFC app on my phone. Yet, it asks me to join the rare times when I am able to pull up a past fight I want to watch. In this case, I wanted to watch Johnny Hendricks vs Robbie Lawler I which I believe was UFC ***. I finally get it pulled up and instead of it allowing me to start watching the fight, it says I must join. There is no option to sign in and I am already ******* signed it which the app shows when I back up. So, at that point, my only choice is to choose to join but then it says I am not eligible. **Now, it is extraordinarily difficult to get help and I do not know if this will work because it appears the email address was cut off. There is no * *** number and it is unclear if this will work. I love watching UFC, but your app and customer service support **** ***. You delegate payment to Google and Google charged me * times in the same month for the same service . I am a household of one and cannot watch more than one device at a time. I only have * total devices in any event. I could not get help from you all and Google is horrible. This forced me to dispute all the duplicate charges . I just wanted to keep the service, but only be charged once. And so my account was cancelled and it was your ******* fault. ****. And then I had to start a new email to join which I did with *****@***.com. Most people would have simply written you all off. I actually just want this to work. I rebooted my laptop. I restarted my cell phone. I could not use the app for either. **I just want the app to work and when there are problems for you all to fix it. After everything you all have done to make this so frustrating and impossible to use, a decent organization would credit me and apologize me.
