Hello my name is Michelle Pena phone number ***-***-**** I have rented from Uhaul several times and never had any issues the rental that I picked up before this last one was dirty and it smelled like feet really really bad and there was some kind of animal in there because me and my husband had completely bit up with like flea bites or some kind of weird mites now this time we rent the pickup Honda San Antonio San Pedro location and I'm being harassed by the worker there and as a result of it my husband's rifle and my daughter's $*** skateboard we're left inside of the pickup truck at the location at San Pedro Avenue. The pickup was Reserve to me extended reservation from the prior day and then they also reserved it to another family and because the other family was there they would not stop calling me over and over and speaking to me like I was a child and I didn't comprehend what he was telling me about getting it there I explain to them exactly how long it would take to get there and that I was extremely upset because it was very inconvenient and that it was very rude the way he was speaking to me I drove with my fourteen-year-old daughter and my husband in our SUV following *th with a U-Haul to drop it off they didn't even allow me to get off to complete my picture when young kid who works there came out for the keys they rushed me the entire time they spoke to me ugly they didn't they didn't greet me they didn't say thank you nothing they didn't even apologize for double booking I don't understand why if I had it first and I made the reservation why I'm the one who has to give it back when I feel so that's how many I already had it that doesn't make no sense I know your calls are recorded and I spoke with your representative this morning on the phone around **:** a.m. when she extended the rental for me then on top of that I'm being charged for the full day for that family to use it and on top of it because they rushed me my too expensive items stayed behind the seats I want my belongings as soon as possible this is very unacceptable is very unprofessional and Uhaul should be ashamed to have San Pedro as a represents a representation of them and their name get back with me as soon as possible as I will not let this issue go and take it as high as I can if I cannot get my items back or being reimbursed for the amount in which they are valued
GetHuman-juanpen did not yet indicate what U-Haul should do to make this right.
