Well this is a very long story to email and I'm really getting tired of repeating it I was charged $*** for two storage units and I was told by several customer service Representatives that made the reservation that it would be for free I changed my drop off location of my vehicle because that is what the representative said for me to do that it would be cheaper that way only to find out it made my contract for free storage no in void needless to say I am not happy this was money I had not budgeted into I had checked and double-checked with customer service reps and with store service reps that it would be free and they ***% said it would be I am tired of talking about this I have emailed somebody I don't know who and when I got an email back I got a warning saying do not open any links this may not be the person they say it is I was also told I was speaking to a manager only to find out that indeed it was not a manager I have been giving nothing but the running around here and I really am ticked off this has been an absolute nightmare dealing with you people I would appreciate somebody in charge actually contacting me and helping me with the situation I was charged money that I was told was not going to be charged my original contract was a one-way drop off I changed everything at the request and the suggestion of one of your representatives and then when I called customer service back and double-check everything was okay they ***% said it was and it is definitely free storage for a month well free storage for a month cost me almost $*** thank you for your time I hope to hear from somebody in charge that won't lie to me and tell me they're in charge only to find out they indeed or not
