I have scheduled two appointments with UHaul to have a hitch installed on my **** Hyundai Sonata. I have paid in advance two times. The first was on Saturday and when I arrived they told me they did not have the hitch but directed me to another location that had it. They didn't. Yesterday I called corporate customer support and was set an appointment * *** hours away and when I arrived the guy said he was too busy and couldn't get it done but if I dropped it off tomorrow he'll get to it some time. I have now wasted * hours of my time, extreme stress, anger and frustration, money tied up in my account with NO HITCH!**Resolution: Loan me a UHaul pickup truck with hitch, free of charge and I will drop off the vehicle anywhere within *** miles of Dallas and you can take your sweet time.**Thanks!**Mark Zabilka****-***-**********@***.com
