Hello, we rented a U-Haul last Friday, Nov. **th. The gentleman at the storage place called and said that he wouldn’t be there until *am, we had set up the rental for *am. So he said he would leave the keys under the visor for us. He also asked that we don’t not tell anyone this, since he could get in trouble. *So we picked up the rental truck, after I accepted the rental in the U-Haul app. *Then he called at **:**am, asking us where the truck was. We told him that he had instructed us to pick it up with the keys under the visor. He said we needed to now, go by and sign the rental agreement or there would be trouble.*Then he called a few days later saying the payment never went through on the credit card we gave him. We checked the credit card, and the payment had in fact gone through on our end for **.** or something close.*Now, today, I recurved an email stating that now we owe another **.**, or we are going to have our account sent to collection. I tried to call and settle the issue, Since I am the one who set the rental up, with my name, they won’t speak to me, they wanted to speak to my husband, who was the primary driver only.*Can someone please tell me what is going on?????*My contract number is *********Thank you,*Sarah Branscombe
