Contract I agreed to was for one U-Box rental to be used for storage at my home for * to * months. Price quoted was $**.***month. I also requested truck delivery of the U-Box to my home. Price quoted was $**.**. U-Box was to be delivered on *******. My credit card was to be charged $**.***$**.***tax upon delivery of U-Box. Instead the U-Box was delivered on a *'x*' trailer and my credit card was charged $**.** and a hold on my credit card for an additional charge of $***.** for the trailer rental @ $***.** * $**.** tax. I could not reach the U-Haul location or manager by phone. My phone calls kept getting rolled over to the support department. Finally on Thurs ******* I got thru to a customer service agent who assigned me an Action File with a Ref * of *******. Shortly thereafter the mgr at the delivery location phoned me and said someone with a tow motor would be out same day to remove U-Box from trailer and then the hold on my credit card would be removed. He assured me this would be handled on Thurs. *******. The driver with the tow motor never showed up. I didn't receive any calls and again could not get thru via phone. My house is being demoed on Monday *******. I can't start loading the trailer if it is going to be moved and jockeyed around in the middle of the process. In the meantime I am paying for a rental I cannot start using yet and my credit card has been overcharged $***.**. This has been an awful customer service experience.
