I mistakenly pressed the wrong button and was instantly charged for credits I did not want without any warning or any opportunity to confirm that I this is what I wanted and it has taken me about **mins to find any contacts details for this site, so I expect this to be rectified straight away and when I do wish to genuinely purchase credits I will but only when I decide to as this very much looks like you have set this up that way to get money by default.*I am happy to use this site but only on my own payment terms but if this is not rectified immediately I will contact all the relevant governing bodies to highlight this deliberate act, so I would appreciate your response to me as a matter of urgency as I do not have the funds in my account to cover this charge but will be charged by my bank for this action.
GetHuman-smaher did not yet indicate what Twoo should do to make this right.
