I am attempting to reach out to Twitter to gain access to our CivicClerk account managed under CivicPlus. The challenge lies in the fact that the individual previously in charge of the account has departed from our organization. Until now, we have seamlessly operated without needing backend adjustments, relying on our HubSpot account for post scheduling and advertising. However, the recent company rebranding necessitates my access to the account backend to incorporate the new branding. Despite my efforts, I receive a generic "we are unable to assist" email. Access via mobile phone or email linked to the original account is unattainable as the phone number and email are unknown to us. We are currently uncertain about how to proceed. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Dear all, I have concerns about the profiles of some US actors being copied or hacked on Twitter. Actors like Clint Eastwood, Mel Gibson, and John Travolta seem to have fake profiles impersonating them. I've exchanged emails briefly with these actors, but the email threads were abruptly changed, making it unclear if the messages were from the real actors. I've informed the actors that unknown individuals may be using their photos and identities to communicate with me. Some impostors have even tried to convince me to pay delivery fees or forward items to unknown addresses on their behalf. I believe these profiles have been compromised by criminals, especially since they lack the verified blue checkmark. I'm reaching out to Twitter to investigate these profiles, safeguard the actors' identities, and prevent further scams. Dear Customer Service, I have been a loyal account holder for over 15 years and am usually very diligent about managing my social media accounts. I am well aware of the ownership and leadership of the company. While I understand the inner workings are not my concern, I feel compelled to speak out when the service I'm receiving is lacking. Upon attempting to log in to my account, I encountered an issue with the password not working, and to my surprise, two different Gmail accounts appeared when I only use AOL for my Twitter account. In my time in Turkey, I initiated @CoronaTurkey, @CoronaTurkeyPR, @CoronaTurkeyEN pages to provide accurate pandemic information. Regrettably, Twitter suspended these accounts, wrongly labeling them as sources of misinformation and linking them to political motives. Despite our efforts to adhere to guidelines, Twitter continues to suspend our accounts and has treated us unfairly. We feel unjustly targeted and will make our voices heard about this injustice. Twitter's actions impede free speech and have had a detrimental impact on us both professionally and personally. I am experiencing issues with my Twitter account. It was recently suspended permanently without a clear reason. I have been a user since [redacted], mainly utilizing it for news updates. I got involved in cryptocurrency contests hosted by legitimate accounts, such as JRNY Crypto and ₿it₿oy, using gleam.io links for entries. Despite my account's clean history, I received a vague email stating violations of Twitter rules without specifics, making it hard to understand why I was suspended. I believe my participation in contests triggered the suspension by mistake. I find the response unjust and frustrating. Even though my use of Twitter is not critical, I think my situation sheds light on potential errors affecting others. I acknowledge the challenges faced by social media platforms but request a reconsideration of my account suspension as I feel unfairly treated without a proper explanation.

On March 28th, my Twitter account, @jakerozmaryn, was compromised. The password was changed, and the account was subsequently deleted. I submitted a support ticket (#[redacted]) yesterday, outlining the situation. However, the responses I received indicated that Twitter could not find any association with the information provided. Despite repeating the details, I continued to receive replies stating that no history could be found with the email address linked to the username @fernandacruz021, which is unfamiliar to me. Despite my efforts to clarify, the support ticket was closed without resolving the issue. I am eager to have my Twitter account reinstated.

I have filed several cases regarding this issue, but it has not progressed. I have inside information that my current case is in the system, yet I am doubtful it will be resolved. Despite my skepticism, I am committed to submitting a new case each week until resolution. In [redacted], I opened my first Twitter account, @debbiejoanne20, linked to [redacted] In [redacted], I created a second account, @thedomestictech, linked to [redacted] However, since [redacted], I have been unable to access this account despite various attempts to reset the password and contacting Helpdesk. I've raised multiple cases, including Ref: #[redacted]2, all closed without a solution. This hurdle has pushed me to create a third account, @domestic_tech, to move forward with my online presence. Now, nearly five years later, as I rebrand, I urgently need access to my @thedomestictech account, which remains inactive. I am willing to delete the @thedomestictech account to free up the domain and rename @domestic_tech to @thedomestictech to continue my content seamlessly. Several years back, I created a Twitter account that I never used. Recently, I discovered another account under my name opened in [redacted] with no activity. I attempted to reset the password but received an automated response that it didn’t match. After trying all my email addresses, I received a message stating they didn’t match. When I tried to sign up again, it said my email was already in use, indicating there might be an account connected to it. I’m unsure if the account with my name is my old one and I want to access it, or find out what ID it may be linked to. Despite trying all my previous usernames, I can’t regain access. About two weeks back, my Twitter account @FlimfloomVEVO got suspended due to an incident with a spam account. This account was posing as a famous figure and automatically replying to users promoting a dubious website promising "free money" to collect personal details. Support should review the interaction to confirm that I was not engaging with an actual individual.

Approximately a month ago, I received an email from Twitter regarding suspicious activity on my account, where someone attempted to change my email address. After the issue was resolved, my account was temporarily shut down. This time, I did not receive any notification about the email change; I only realized when I tried to access Twitter on Friday, April 3, after receiving a DM notification. However, I was unable to log in as the email address associated with the account had been altered. I would appreciate any advice on how I can verify and regain access to my account.

My Twitter account has been inactive for a few days, potentially up to 3 weeks, and I want to clarify that I have not breached any safety or violence policies. I believe my account may have been mistakenly marked as spam, as another account of mine with no followers was previously suspended. Recently, several additional Twitter accounts I created have also been suspended simultaneously. While those were for different purposes, the account I am appealing for now is more personal and valuable to me. I used the same phone number for some of these accounts when it was permitted, which might be the cause of the issue. I've been experiencing issues loading images on Twitter. At first, I assumed it was related to my internet connection. However, even after checking back today, the problem persists. While videos and gifs are loading, image previews are not visible. I initially suspected it could be the app, so I reinstalled it and restarted my phone, but the problem remained. I have recently switched from an Android to an iPhone. Twitter has locked me out of my account due to suspected unusual activities.
