Earlier today, I encountered a situation where I was unexpectedly logged out of my Twitter account due to excessive activity. I diligently followed the prompts provided, including resetting my password. Despite multiple attempts to receive a reset code on my cell phone, none were received. I reached out to the customer service team but only received standard responses prompting me to restart the reset process. Despite my efforts to reply to their emails, I have not received any helpful assistance to regain access to my account. It is frustrating as my account appears active, yet I am unable to sign in. I recently encountered a temporary restriction on my Twitter account without any explanation. Despite reaching out to Twitter support via email multiple times, I have not received any assistance or feedback after nearly a week. I attempted to reset my password and requested a verification code via email, but these steps have not resolved the issue. I am reaching out to request assistance in recovering my two accounts that were created around [redacted]. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to the phone number used for these accounts and there is no associated email address available. Despite multiple attempts, I have been unsuccessful in recovering these accounts, leading me to feel insecure and worried. In the past, I was able to recover my Facebook account by providing my citizenship details, and I am willing to do the same to regain access to my Twitter accounts: @Pratikshya_24 and @Pratixsha_24. I was shocked by the sudden suspension of my account without any warning or explanation! I am certain I have not violated any rules. Despite my attempts at calling for support, I only received an automated response. It is disheartening that there is no option to speak directly with a representative. The impact of this suspension is immense as Twitter is my primary mode of social interaction due to the limitations imposed by the pandemic. The anxiety and stress caused by this situation were so intense that I had to contact my therapist urgently. Kindly, consider reinstating my account as soon as possible, as it has effectively cut me off from my usual means of communication.

I recently got a new phone number and forgot to update it on my Twitter account before it got locked. Now, I can't receive the confirmation code as it's being sent to my old phone number. I've submitted multiple help tickets since December 9, [redacted], yet I haven't received any assistance from a support representative. I am concerned because my Twitter account is being accessed without my permission by individuals I do not know personally. I need assistance in restoring my suspended account. The suspension occurred due to a photo in a bikini that was deemed suggestive but not nude, which I unknowingly posted as my header. This type of content is not explicitly outlined as prohibited in the terms and conditions. I would have promptly removed the image if given the opportunity. My account is crucial for work purposes, and its absence is particularly challenging during the lockdown. I contacted support several weeks ago but have not received any response thus far.
