I am seeking clarification on why my tweet was considered a violation of the rules. I didn't make any threats or express any ill intentions. I simply highlighted the unfortunate reality that over 200k Americans have lost their lives due to covid, which may understandably stir emotions towards the President's actions. My tweets are usually in succession due to time constraints, which I hope is not a punishable offense. It's disheartening that not only I but others have faced threats while certain harmful content seems to be tolerated. There is content promoting LGBTQ hate, jokes about burning ovens directed at Jewish individuals, swastikas, racist remarks, and even questionable posts from public figures. I would appreciate an explanation for the length of this punishment and why it spans 6 days. Thank you.

I recently filed another complaint but have not received a response yet. A few months ago, my Twitter account was permanently suspended. The reason given was a tweet in which I mentioned monkeys in reference to articles about rounding them up so Trump would not encounter them. I meant monkeys as animals, not a racial slur or threat. It seems unfair as I was accused of making racial remarks and threats, while Trump's tweets containing racist and offensive language are allowed. I am seeking clarification on why my tweet was interpreted negatively and how a mere expression of hope could be seen as a threat. I would appreciate an explanation as I am considering escalating this issue to the ACLU.

I have encountered an issue with "liking" tweets on my account for around 3 ½ hours. Whenever I click the "like" button, the heart icon briefly appears and then disappears, leaving the tweet unliked. This problem has recurred multiple times over the past 2 months, causing frustration as I am unable to "like" tweets for several hours (at least 4+ hours). I believe there should not be a limitation on the number of tweets I can like within a certain timeframe, as it is bothersome. I have observed other accounts in my feed facing the same issue. Despite reaching out to Twitter through their official accounts on the app, I have not received a response. The problem usually resolves itself before I hear back from Twitter, but it can take several hours or even up to 12 hours to be fixed. I would appreciate assistance in understanding why Twitter imposes limits on liking tweets and blocking accounts from doing so, and when I can expect to regain the ability to like tweets freely. Thank you.

I'm struggling to reset my account password, whether it's on my mobile phone or email. I seem to be going in circles trying to reset it as I'm prompted to verify my phone number, then email, and finally my forgotten username. The system shows that I have two linked accounts under my phone number, likely one from a regular account and the other from a gaming account created this year. The complexity arises from not remembering the username, hence resorting to using the phone number and email to reset the password.

My Twitter account has been locked for breaching the rules. I followed the steps to delete the tweets by requesting a code via my phone number. However, despite multiple attempts, I never received the code. I then filled out a help form and was advised to reset my password, which I couldn't do as I was locked out of my account. I submitted an appeal and was informed they would review my case. Unfortunately, I am unable to cancel the appeal as I still don't have access to my account. I simply want to remove the violating tweets, but I haven't been able to receive the necessary code through my phone. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thank you.

I am unable to access my Twitter account. The website is prompting me for a code, but I am unable to generate one as I am locked out of the app. Despite using Twitter for an extended period, I never received a backup code. This issue arose while using Safari on my Mac, following difficulties with Chrome. It seems that Safari retained an old password, resulting in my current predicament. I am now unable to regain access since the Authenticator app requires a QR code to add Twitter to my account, which I am unable to locate. This situation is becoming increasingly frustrating, resembling a never-ending cycle.

Before creating my main account, I had two others using my phone number and email. When I set up this account, I only used a password to log in. It has been some time, and I have forgotten the password. I submitted multiple tickets, but Twitter has not been helpful. I am worried about what will happen if I get hacked or change phones. I am seeking assistance to resolve this issue. Thank you.

I linked my Twitter account, @Jaereku, to my old Canadian phone number and was locked out on September 21, [redacted], due to needing SMS verification. I had already changed my phone number, which made it impossible to verify. Two weeks later, my account was suspended. I submitted a ticket on September 21, but have not received any responses. I am unable to submit a new ticket until the old one is resolved, though I doubt it will be looked at after weeks without a reply. My account had a genuine follower base, and I never violated any Twitter rules. I am hopeful for assistance in reinstating my account. Thank you for any help you can offer.

I have been restricted on Twitter since October 1st. Despite sending numerous emails and filling out support forms, I received a message instructing me to re-log into my account. When I attempt to do so, I am unable to access anything. The message on my account indicates that one of my Tweets is being reviewed, leading to my account being inaccessible during this process. I am unable to take any action or access my account functions. I am seeking assistance to resolve this issue promptly. Please contact me via email at [redacted].

Almost five days ago, I was unexpectedly locked out of my primary Twitter account for "suspicious activity." Despite numerous attempts to contact Twitter's customer service via email, I have been unable to resolve the issue. The reset password feature is malfunctioning, trapping me in an endless loop that prevents me from changing my password. Despite my efforts throughout the week, I have received no response from Twitter and remain locked out of my account. I urge Twitter to address and fix the reset password glitch for @yngiflt promptly, as friends who rely on that account have expressed concern. Your assistance in restoring access to my account (@yngiflt) and resolving this issue is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hello, I am unable to access my account anymore. I have submitted several requests via the online form, but it has been a week with no response. My account handle is @nesligament, and I had two-factor authentication enabled. Twitter suspended my account and prompted me to change my password, which I did. However, I am now unable to log in due to a changed phone and lost security code. I'm currently logged into an existing Twitter account on a computer because I was asked to change the password. It automatically logged me out. It's been 7 days, and I'm quite anxious about this situation. I believe my phone number was linked to the account. If you can assist, I would greatly appreciate it. I am not a verified Twitter user but have been active on the platform for a long time. I have noticed that verified accounts, especially those of politicians and celebrities, rarely engage with replies. It seems that Twitter favors users with videos over those without, regardless of verification status. Recently, I commented on a video posted by Fletcher Fournier and retweeted by Jessica O'Donnell, which led to my account being suspended without a clear reason from Twitter. As a vocal Republican Party supporter, I believe my suspension was politically motivated, as many others with similar views have faced the same fate. Despite reaching out to Twitter for clarification, I have received no response. While I can do without Twitter, I am concerned about the censorship apparent on the platform. I would appreciate it if Twitter could reinstate my account and followers. Thank you.

Subject: Appeal for Suspension of Twitter Account (@arianasgreekgod) Hello, I am reaching out to contest the suspension of my account, @arianasgreekgod. I was suspended without any explanation and did not receive an email outlining the reason for the suspension. Having thoroughly reviewed Twitter's terms and conditions, I am unaware of any actions on my part that would warrant the account suspension. I respectfully request that you either reinstate my account or provide me with a clear explanation for the suspension. I assure you that I will adhere to the rules and guidelines stated in Twitter's terms and conditions. I do not have any affiliations with the celebrities I mention in my tweets, nor do I impersonate anyone. The profile picture displayed on my account is a genuine photo of myself. I sincerely urge you to investigate this matter promptly as I rely on Twitter for daily communication with friends and family. Your prompt resolution would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Warm regards, Anastasia V. The Netherlands

My account got restricted because of a comment I made on a post about a woman prisoner facing the death penalty. I expressed my opinion that individuals who commit such actions deserve the same punishment. Despite my account being restricted for that comment, when I tried to resolve the issue, I was asked to provide a phone number for verification. I supplied my landline number, but Twitter does not accept landlines for communication, assuming everyone has a cell phone, which I cannot afford. I then suggested having the verification code sent to my email, only to receive an email saying it's not linked to my account, which is not the case as it's my current email. Since I can't speak directly with anyone from Twitter and have to request help without a clear resolution timeframe, I am frustrated with the lack of avenues to fix this issue. I hope my account, Jewelanland, can be restored soon.

I have multiple Twitter accounts that have been locked simultaneously and I need assistance resolving this issue. I have already sent appeals to Twitter and BBB, but I am hoping that providing a comprehensive list of all the affected accounts here will help. While some accounts are not linked to this email, you can verify their ownership by checking the pinned tweet on most of them or the IP address. These accounts are mainly roleplay accounts, so I am unsure why they were flagged by the system. I would like all the listed accounts to be unlocked. [List of accounts provided] Additionally, there are a few accounts that were suspended previously such as @CaressGorgon, @ScorpioBounty, @MaidenAbyss, and @LustfulAlchemy. I have also lost access to @KuroLaLuna, @DualPsiScience, and @OfMutedLion earlier this year due to deleted emails. Despite these being currently locked accounts, any help in recovering them would be appreciated. I understand that some of the suspended accounts may not be salvaged at this time. Any assistance in unlocking the accounts listed above would be greatly valued. I hope this message helps in resolving the issue. I apologize for the length of this email, but I felt it necessary to provide all relevant information. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

My account was suspended after 8 years. I posted a tweet that was offensive towards 50 Cent. I understand it was a mistake, and I apologize. As a black woman, I often face real racist tweets directed at me. I have reported these accounts, yet they remain active. I find it unfair that my account was permanently suspended for one tweet. I participated in a Zoom interview with Twitter, discussing arbitrary suspensions. It troubles me that my account was suspended, while others spreading racism remain online.

I tried logging into Twitter on my second phone as my first phone was lagging. After entering my correct credentials, I was prompted for two-factor verification. Despite waiting for the text code for the past two days, it never arrived. I was then asked for a backup code, which I did not have. Upon trying to log back in on my first phone, I realized I had been logged out there too. Entering my usual credentials correctly led to the same issue with no code being sent. I suspect I might have disabled message notifications while logged in. I believe this can be resolved if I receive a backup or verification code via email to access my account without any further issues.

My Twitter account, fperez1776, was suspended for 6 days due to a tweet I posted discussing racial gradations in Cuban society, but Twitter labeled it as "hateful conduct". I was merely describing the use of the word "Negro" in Spanish to refer to Black individuals in that context. I was engaging with a user familiar with Spanish language and culture, @BleuDoorLLC. I did not intend for my tweet to promote racism or hateful conduct. I believe my account should be reinstated as the tweet was not in violation of Twitter's policies on hateful conduct.

I'm unsure why, but I cannot access my account. Instead, I receive a message instructing me to enter my phone number to verify my identity. I am based in the United States. Unfortunately, I do not own a mobile phone. I have reached out to support multiple times, but I have received responses saying that my case is being reviewed or closed. It has been almost two weeks since my account became unavailable. I have asked for assistance on what steps I can take since I do not have a mobile phone, but I have not received any replies. Any assistance you can provide would be highly appreciated.

Hi GetHuman, I'm having trouble accessing my Twitter account. The usual method to regain access is not working for me. Due to the recent fires in California, my landline is out of service, and my backup internet phone is not being recognized by Twitter. I'm reaching out for help to resolve this issue. Below is a summary of the email exchange I had with Twitter support, starting from the original lock message. Your assistance in this matter is greatly appreciated. Thank you. Clare B. Please see details below: Sent to: Twitter Support Subject: Re: About your Twitter account [redacted] [ref:[redacted]] I've already tried the provided instructions, but I can't proceed since our landline was destroyed in the recent fires.
