Hello Twitter Support Team, I enabled two-factor authentication on my Twitter account five days ago, but I am having trouble receiving the authentication code when I try to log in. Even when using the backup code, I continue to receive an error message stating, "Looks like you entered an incorrect authentication code. Please try again." Despite having my current mobile number linked to my account, I am not receiving any SMS codes. I kindly request your prompt assistance in disabling the two-factor authentication so that I can regain access to my account. Thank you, Vishal Trivedi

Our founder, Ashwin Sampathkumaran, has encountered an issue where he is not receiving the text for 2-step verification despite logging a ticket. He has been waiting for over 8 days since sending the request on August 10, [redacted]. It seems like there has been no response so far, and he is concerned about the delay due to his large number of followers. He values honesty, truth, and reliability in his nonprofit cause, which is vital to him. Any assistance in reaching out to Twitter to address this matter would be greatly appreciated as a one-time favor.

My Twitter account has been suspended. I reached out to Twitter three times through their ticket system about this problem. My account was brand new, and I hadn't even made my first tweet. I am confused as to why it got suspended. I tried to add my phone number, but I couldn't due to the account suspension. I first contacted Twitter on June 9th, then again on August 4th and August 19th. Each time I contacted them, it was about the same issue and linked to the same case report. However, I haven't received any updates since then. It's been nearly two months since I asked for help. I just want my account reactivated and some clarification on why it was suspended.

I am reaching out to get assistance with restoring my Twitter account that was compromised by hackers, resulting in my suspension since May 2nd. Despite submitting numerous appeals to the Support Team, I have not received any response besides a generic confirmation message. The hackers sent unauthorized DM links to my followers, causing the issue. Once the restriction was lifted, I found myself suspended without explanation. I have been feeling upset and helpless ever since. I value my Twitter presence and hope to regain access soon. I have observed others recovering their accounts swiftly after similar incidents, but unfortunately, my account remains suspended. My username is @VenomPichu. I believe there is a chance to restore it, as the source of the hackers seems to have been removed. I am willing to cooperate and remove any malicious content to expedite the process. Despite being able to log in, my account functionality remains restricted. I seek prompt assistance to resolve this matter.

Hello, I am experiencing issues accessing both of my accounts. The personal account under the username "JAYYBOLT" and my business profile are affected. I attempted to link my phone number to both accounts, but I encountered an error. Currently, I am unable to access my "JAYYBOLT" account due to the two-step authentication process. The SMS text required for verification cannot be received because I have tied the same phone number to my business profile. This situation is hindering my ability to manage my business effectively, especially during these challenging times of the pandemic. I've had a Twitter account since [redacted]. I have always expressed my personal views without any negativity towards others. I am 74 years old, living alone, and currently isolated due to Covid-19. Unfortunately, my Twitter button has been disabled, preventing me from tweeting. Despite having multiple phone numbers for Twitter, the recordings indicate they are unable to assist me at this time. Why are long-standing accounts like mine being disabled without cause? I doubt writing a letter will be effective since many Twitter buttons have already been disabled. Could it be because I tweet frequently? I am puzzled. On a related note, if Twitter operates Yelp, my Yelp button has also been disabled, although I have always posted positive reviews. It's confusing and frustrating that these buttons are being disabled. I hope for some help with this issue.

Despite trying to get support, I have not had any resolution. My account was maliciously hacked due to personal attacks related to my anti-terrorism work during the Obama administration. I am requesting my case be escalated by Twitter support. My account was compromised after my login information was leaked on the Dark Web. As a verified user, I have provided my passport for verification purposes. I have experienced issues with my email, phone number, and two-factor authentication being removed. Additionally, my account has been unfollowed from all other accounts. I have listed the various email addresses associated with my accounts for your reference.

I have faced significant challenges trying to get support to address my case. I am requesting special intervention from Twitter to resolve this issue. My account was maliciously hacked following a leak of my email address and login details on the Dark Web earlier this year. As a result, my email, phone number, and two-factor authentication were compromised. Additionally, my account has unfollowed all the accounts I used to follow. I am a verified user and meet the necessary criteria for support, as I represent a company, have my account linked to Instagram, and use the Twitter iOS app. I have provided my passport for further verification. I am suspended for 6 1/2 days for referring to an aggressive Georgia congressman as a "dumbass Georgia cracker." This does not violate Twitter's policies on hateful speech. I have appealed but have yet to receive a response. I demand a reply to my appeal submitted 5-6 days ago. This is infringing on my 1st Amendment rights. I did not break Twitter's rules, and my appeal has gone unanswered. Twitter is not following their own policies.

Hello, I am reaching out for assistance as I am a person with a hearing disability and struggle to hear. I find it challenging to ask for help to listen to confirmation codes. I can confirm my phone number via SMS or email. I am active on Twitter and rely on it to communicate with friends. I recently heard back from Twitter Support a couple of weeks ago, but unfortunately, I haven't received any further response. I'm still unable to log into my @steveazar account since August 7th. Despite providing a screenshot of my verified account, it seems that my email and phone number do not match. It's also worth noting that my Instagram posts aren't showing up on Twitter even though the accounts are linked. The email associated with my account was originally [redacted] and later changed to [redacted], but neither seem to be recognized. I am experiencing harassment on Twitter due to a misunderstood post that is causing distress to my family and friends. I shared a joke on Snapchat about a stereotypical landlord with glasses and eviction, clarifying in a subsequent post that I have never evicted anyone. My Twitter account was restricted for 7 days for sharing my thoughts about a celebrity. I notice many others making offensive remarks without facing consequences, making Twitter's enforcement seem unfair. I've been an active Twitter user for years and expect to be treated with the respect that comes with that. Twitter should prioritize enabling free speech rather than censoring opinions they disagree with. I request the reinstatement of all my account privileges promptly, along with an apology from Twitter and Jack Dorsey!!!

I want to share something that occurred recently, and I want to be transparent about it: A Twitter user posted a poll in a very offensive manner, asking "who wants to be black." Another user replied with derogatory comments about black people. Despite the initial negativity, a third person responded calmly and respectfully to this ignorance. I complimented this individual for handling the situation well and referred to the offensive user as a "cracker." Subsequently, they retaliated by saying black people are ugly. Both statements were fueled by animosity. My account has been locked, and I cannot regain access despite following the provided steps, which include entering my phone number. Strangely, the system claims my number is invalid, even though I receive calls and messages on it regularly. This inconsistency is confusing.

I need help getting my suspended Twitter account back. It's a popular fan page, and a tweet that was misunderstood caused the suspension. The tweet was posted impulsively and not meant to violate any rules. I've attempted to delete it, but I can't due to the suspension. This account is significant to me and holds many cherished memories. I would greatly appreciate any assistance in restoring it. Thank you.

My Twitter account @AreebaLareb got flagged for being in use for a long time. They requested my phone number for verification, but it was rejected since it's linked to another account. According to policy, we can have up to 10 accounts with the same phone number. I use Twitter on an Android device. Please resolve this issue, or if necessary, suspend my account so I can appeal the suspension. Thank you.

After updating the password for my main account @oldpavelrozman, I found myself automatically logged out by Twitter on all devices. Subsequent login attempts prompt me to authenticate using a backup code or an Authenticator app like Google's. However, without a backup code and feeling lost with the manual barcode entry request, I'm unable to regain access to my account. Despite my persistent efforts, the support team seems unresponsive, leaving me feeling frustrated and overlooked due to my unverified status.

I created a Twitter account (brooke_prockish) back in middle school. Even though I never shared anything inappropriate, it's embarrassing to see it now. When you search my name, this old account is the first thing that pops up. As a Senior in High School, I'm concerned about my future employers seeing this. I can't recall the email or phone number linked to the account, and resetting it hasn't worked. Ideally, I'd like the account to be deleted.
