About two months ago, my account was locked after I posted a segment of the [redacted] Cornerstone Speech by the Vice President of the Confederacy on Twitter. I was highlighting the discrepancy between Trump's and Fox News' rhetoric about "Our Heritage" and "Our Monuments" and the truth about slavery. The specific excerpt I shared referred to the inferiority of Black individuals to white people and their supposed natural state of slavery. I criticized Trump, Sean Hannity, Tucker Carlson, Judge Janine, and Fox News for their racist behavior using hashtags like #Monuments and #OurHeritage. Although I had previously shared this speech without issue, this time I was accused of inciting violence, which seems unfounded especially considering Ali Velshi read the same section on MSNBC without repercussions. Despite multiple appeals, my account remains locked, and I suspect Fox News may have influenced this decision. I feel my freedom of speech has been violated, and I have reached out to the ACLU for assistance. I request that my Twitter account be reinstated as my actions did not promote violence, but rather discussion. Thank you, Kimburly Keefas.

My account was suspended ten days ago. I filed an appeal, and Twitter accepted it in two minutes. I was glad it was accepted quickly. However, when I tried to log in after ten days without tweeting, a notification popped up saying I was suspended again. I was confused since I had already been suspended. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and when I logged back in, it showed zero followers and only one person I was following, although I had 83 followers and was following 20 people before. I am unable to find a Twitter helpline in India to recover my lost data.

After clicking a suspicious link shared by a friend on Twitter direct messages, I mistakenly entered my login details. Shortly after, I realized I couldn't access my account anymore. The person who gained access changed all the information, making it impossible for me to recover through my email or phone. When trying to contact Twitter support, it seems like they believe I willingly gave my account away. I'm certain this was not the case. All I need is a password reset and my account details restored. It appears the support team is not recognizing the unauthorized access as the work of a human, not a bot. I hope they can review the account changes history and revert it back to its previous state before this incident occurred.

I would like to request the deletion of the following accounts as I no longer require them. Recently, my accounts have been consistently locked without any valid reason provided. Despite not violating any rules, I encounter difficulties verifying my account as the confirmation codes are not being sent to my phone. This ongoing issue has led me to create new accounts, but they too are locked even after inputting the confirmation codes sent to my email. It is frustrating to deal with these unnecessary lockouts. Furthermore, it is disappointing to observe that accounts belonging to individuals like Trump are not subjected to the same treatment despite multiple violations of your terms of service. Kindly delete the listed accounts mentioned below – [redacted], emma[redacted]2, [redacted], alicia[redacted]1. I wish to retain the account with the username sj33313 and would greatly appreciate it if you could refrain from locking that account. If requesting a phone number for verification purposes, it is essential that the verification code is promptly sent out.

URGENT HELP NEEDED: Twitter Handle: @jeydahfrmjersey I am feeling incredibly lost and unsure of what steps to take. My Twitter account was suspended around a month ago without any specific reason provided. Despite submitting over 6 appeals and verifying my email with Twitter support, my account remains inaccessible. With nearly 10K followers, I have gained a substantial following and utilized Twitter for my business and blog, which attracted most of my clients. Having benefitted from significant growth on the platform over the years, the wrongful suspension has severely impacted my income, especially during this online-dependent pandemic period. I kindly request assistance in expediting the resolution process, as merely filing more appeals hasn't yielded any results. Any guidance or support would be greatly appreciated.

Several weeks ago, I received a notification about a concerning tweet from a private Twitter account, haileyalise63, dated June 28th. The tweet expressed a disturbing wish for harm upon my stepdaughter's grandmother, who has since passed away from cancer. This situation has deeply affected my family. After correcting my date of birth on my Twitter page, I was locked out due to creating the account when I was under 13. I made the account in June [redacted], turning 13 later that month as I was born on 29/6/[redacted]. The restriction feels unfair given it was just before I turned 13, and now at 21, it shouldn't impact me. I've used this account for 8 years, holding many memories and photos. I'm well beyond the age limit for a Twitter account and kindly request the account be unlocked. I'm willing to have all tweets and DMs from before my 13th birthday deleted, but there aren't any as my tweets date back to [redacted]. Thank you for your understanding.

I'm experiencing difficulty accessing my Twitter account due to being asked for a verification code unexpectedly. The phone number associated with my account is no longer valid, leaving me locked out. Resolving this issue would involve Twitter updating the linked phone number or manually unlocking my account to regain access. I submitted an appeal to Twitter almost a week ago, but I have not received any response from them yet.

Hello, roughly two days ago, I attempted to add my birthdate to Twitter to get those birthday balloons they offer. Unfortunately, I mistakenly entered "[redacted]" which caused my account to get locked. Despite confirming that I am not a minor and submitting my mother's ID for verification, it has been 2 to 3 days with no resolution. I am concerned about losing all my bookmarks and tweets over a simple error. I have been using this account for quite some time, and this mishap was truly unintentional. Before I conclude, I want to clarify that I am not under 13 years old, but I am also not old enough to possess my own ID. I would appreciate any assistance in restoring access to my account.

Hello, my name is Norma R Gelmis. I want to address an issue with my inactive Twitter account. In [redacted], a picture of me and my ex was posted, but I haven't used the account since. Scammers from Asia have taken over my account, posting inappropriate content in Chinese. Despite deactivating my Facebook, someone impersonated me and posted under my name. I believe these scammers are misusing my identity. I request the permanent deletion of my Twitter account and removing the fraudulent post. I operate a charity called Veterans for Veterans. Our Twitter account, @veteransforvet1, was created years ago but remained inactive until earlier this year when I tried to access it. Upon entering the associated toll-free number [redacted], and later the email [redacted], I encountered an issue. Despite being a registered [redacted](c)3 charity with the IRS and the SC Secretary of State, our account was inexplicably suspended. I first contacted Twitter about this matter approximately 4 months ago, citing case number [redacted], but have yet to receive a resolution despite subsequent follow-up emails.

Hello, I am experiencing an issue from yesterday with my Twitter account. I received a notification upon opening Twitter that I had violated its rules with one of my tweets, resulting in a 12-hour limitation on my account features. Hello GetHuman team, I am reaching out regarding my hacked Twitter account. The hackers have replaced my contact information with their own, leaving me locked out. They even sent me a fraudulent email demanding a ransom, which I have a screenshot of. This account is important to me as it contains personal information of clients who have commissioned my artwork. Additionally, I have worked hard to build a decent following on this account. The hacking occurred on August 10th around 12 pm, but I still have access to the original email account associated with the Twitter. I have contacted support twice but have not received a response yet. I can provide identification and proof of ownership of the account if needed. I hope this issue can be resolved soon. Hello! I have been in contact with Twitter about this issue at least 10 times now. In [redacted], I created an account under the username @noushinaz. However, I suspect it may have been compromised because I later created another account with the username @Noushin[redacted]1. The @noushinaz account seems to have been hacked or is being used by someone else. I am unable to log in as the system does not recognize my email addresses. I was asked to upload my driver's license, which I did, but I have not received any further assistance. I want to regain access to @noushinaz to delete certain tweets that are causing confusion and do not reflect my views. Your prompt help in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. I recently attempted to create a Twitter account but received a message stating that the email was already in use. Upon checking, I realized that back in July [redacted], I had attempted to create an account and even received an activation email from Twitter. I am seeking to deactivate my Twitter account @thebloodcuddler, but unfortunately, I no longer have access to the associated email address or password. I can verify my identity through Zoom, presenting my ID, or even in person, based on the profile picture and full name on the account. This issue is crucial due to its impact on my health and future job prospects, given the outdated content does not align with my current image. I now realize that I am not in the right state of mind for social media and have refrained from its usage, except for this account closure request. I believe my freedom of speech has been infringed. I am ready to take this matter further to resolve it. Freedom of speech should not be confused with hate speech or threats. My comments were made in support of this freedom. I noticed both my accounts were suspended. One was for having a picture of President Trump because I am a big Trump supporter. Any other reasons for the suspension are unclear. I find it frustrating that there is no phone support available for customers. I am seeking a direct response within 72 hours without automated calls or fake email messages. I require explanations and details directly from Twitter promptly. If my accounts cannot be reinstated, I am willing to delete them myself. This is my right. It seems there are others who share my sentiments. If my accounts are not restored, Twitter needs to be accountable for its actions. If restoration is not possible, I request the option to delete my accounts.

I engaged in entering several giveaways on Twitter with a live updating screen. I participated in about 20-30 giveaways quickly. Despite your policy against spam in the Help Center, I want to clarify that my activities were not related to botting or hijacking accounts. After entering these giveaways rapidly, I was prompted to verify my phone number due to suspicious activity. Unfortunately, I can't verify it because my Twitter account is linked to an outdated phone number. Consequently, my account got suspended as I detailed above. I am hopeful that you can assist me and lift the suspension on my account. It has been a considerable amount of time since I got suspended, and I have been attempting to contact your support team without success.
