I am currently in a relationship with someone who is exactly 3 years and 5 months younger than me. We are abiding by the age of consent laws in both our states, even though there is no sexual aspect to our relationship due to our ages. She is currently 17 years old, turning 18 in 2 months, and I am 21 this year. There is an individual on Twitter who was previously using the handle @DharkLayzar but is now operating under the new account @dharkest. This person has been attacking women online, using derogatory language, blocking individuals, and harassing them even after blocking them. They have falsely accused me of being a pedophile despite the legality of my relationship. I can provide screenshots of the interactions if necessary.

I am unable to provide the URL of the tweet since the account has been deleted. The account @cedarprick69, belonging to a former employee we suspect to be anonymous, has been harassing one of our supervisors, who is a black man. This individual, known to be racist, continues to cause issues on social media. If necessary, can law enforcement help track the IP address of a deactivated account for potential legal action? This person has been creating conflict online and making threats, while also involving the Vice President of the company. Providing evidence of this behavior may be crucial, especially given the VP's current challenges with the ongoing pandemic.

I have submitted an appeal twice, first using my Gmail and later realizing my Twitter was connected to Yahoo. Following this, I submitted the appeal again with my Yahoo account. Twitter support team acknowledged receiving my report and assured me they would review the information provided and respond promptly. However, I have not received a response yet. Their email mentioned account suspensions due to violations of the Twitter Rules or Terms of Service, potentially related to third-party apps I authorized for my account. My account has been suspended for a week, and I am seeking assistance from Twitter to restore it. Thank you in advance, Twitter.

I recently upgraded my phone and needed to log back into my Twitter account. Unfortunately, I couldn't remember my password and struggled to reset it. Despite receiving the password reset link in my active email, when I tried to use it, it indicated that my password had already been changed, which was not the case. After a few more failed attempts, I received a message mentioning that I had exceeded the maximum number of tries allowed. I am now unable to access my Twitter account because the reset links are not functioning correctly, repeatedly stating that my password has already been reset, when it hasn't. Since I don't have my phone number linked to my Twitter account, I am unsure how to proceed. Is there a way I can seek assistance for a complete password change or explore alternative methods to regain access to my account?

I was in contact with someone who offered to help me make money, but I realized it was too risky and wanted to stop. However, after that, my account was hacked. The person changed my username, phone number, and email on Twitter. My account, previously @RelaxItsJack, is now @RelaxItsBooger. The hacker, @x2_mala, used my account to scam my brother with the username @stephoneboii out of $[redacted]. I'm monitoring the account through my cousin's profile to prevent further scams. I have evidence of this with screenshots. I need Twitter's assistance as my account is now being misused, and it affects my personal and professional connections. Please contact me as soon as possible. Phone: [redacted]

I confronted my friend about maintaining a fake image, including having a fake Twitter account. I accused them of being a fake friend and a liar to our mutual friends. When I called them out on Twitter, my account got suspended. I now realize my mistake and want to appeal the suspension. I miss being on Twitter and want to reconnect with my friends there.

My account has been suspended since last year, and despite my efforts to unlock it, I keep getting informed that it was due to 'encouraging hate' without any evidence provided. I understand if you choose not to reopen it for whatever reason you believe is valid; however, I have twice requested my data to be deleted, but I keep receiving the same automated response with no action taken. I insist on the deletion of my data and details. I am entitled to make this request, and I kindly ask for a response and action before I escalate this matter to an independent investigation to address any legal violations. I no longer wish to engage with your platform due to what I perceive as discrimination. Please comply with my request promptly.

My Twitter account, @italiangirlstan, was nearing [redacted] followers when it got locked and prompted me to verify my phone number. Unfortunately, the phone number linked to the account is from my old phone that I had to replace due to damage. The only available verification method requires a phone call to the old number. I have tried reaching out to Twitter, but only receive automated responses instructing me to follow certain steps to log in, which I cannot do since the account is locked. This account is essential for my makeup business, and I have put in a lot of effort to grow my following. I am unable to verify via email or any other means. I can provide my driver's license for verification as the profile picture is me, and there are several other photos of me on the account. I am willing to do whatever it takes to regain access to my account. It seems my emails to Twitter might not be going through. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. - Kristen

My account @Osogbostories got suspended due to a DMCA violation notice. This is the first time it has happened. I believe the suspension is unfair. I have been trying to send a Counter notice to [redacted], but it keeps getting rejected. It has been 20 days since the suspension. The account is a critical community news source for my location. Each day it remains locked, my community misses out on important updates, especially during the current Coronavirus situation.

Hello, I am currently experiencing issues accessing my account from any device. I recently updated my account's password and upon trying to log back in, I encountered an error. Although I reset the password multiple times, I continued to receive the same error message: "We had a problem sending your request. Please try again" on desktop and "An error occurred when logging in. Please try again later" on my Android phone. I discovered that inputting any incorrect password prompts the message "The email and password you entered did not match our records", while entering the correct password triggers the aforementioned error messages. This indicates that the password is correct, yet I am unable to access my account due to this issue. Research revealed that others have faced this problem since [redacted], primarily stemming from the SMS login verification feature not function correctly for some users. I have exhausted all available methods and have been attempting to reach Twitter support for nearly two weeks, but with no success. It has been a frustrating experience thus far. My account username is @alf0ur, and I am available to provide additional account details if necessary. Looking forward to a prompt resolution, - Alfour

Case Number for Twitter Support team: #[redacted]. Hello, on April 17th, my Twitter account (@StavaonSTL) was hacked and subsequently temporarily restricted. It is now suspended as the hacker changed my phone number without my consent. This has prevented me from receiving verification codes. My correct phone number attached to my Twitter account (@StavaonSTL) is +1 [redacted]. I kindly request assistance in fully restoring my account. I have been a Twitter user since March [redacted], and this is the first time I have faced suspension. Restoring my account is crucial for my business activities. Thank you.

In April, my account @axchapman, which is 10 years old and has always worked, had a pop-up window on Twitter asking for phone number verification. Since my old smartphone was damaged and I was waiting for a new one due to lockdown restrictions, I couldn't receive any SMS messages. When I tried to verify with my new phone, Twitter said my account was suspended. I followed the appeal process on April 14th, then again on April 20th and May 1st, but no response. It's now May 12th, and my account is still locked. I'm eager to have it unlocked as it means a lot to me.

I'm encountering two issues. Firstly, my primary Twitter account @pamelaa__xx got suspended unexpectedly. After taking a break, I returned to find it suspended, possibly due to an issue with sharing a video from my YouTube channel and being asked to verify my number, which I can no longer access. I submitted an appeal three weeks ago, but I am still awaiting any response or resolution. In addition, my second account @ABelieversDiary ([redacted]) is causing trouble as I forgot my password. I've attempted to reset it for three weeks without success, receiving a message that I've exceeded my attempts. Despite reaching out to Twitter support and following the link in my email, I continue to face the same unhelpful response.

I have received evidence from Twitter confirming that my account was compromised by hackers who posted offensive tweets from different locations to wrongfully suspend me. Despite numerous appeals to Twitter management, my requests for help were ignored, and I only received generic email responses about my suspension without any specific reasons or evidence provided. I possess evidence that could clear my name, but the platform operators continue to disregard my pleas for a review. It is essential for Twitter to acknowledge the evidence I have and reinstate my account. The automated system they use may have contributed to my account being hacked and my privacy breached, and it is unjust to deny me the opportunity to prove my innocence. Twitter's current approach seems biased given the prevalent abusive behavior by bots and rogue users that often goes unchecked on the platform.

Please assist with my issue. Username: @sophie_monie Case Number: Case# [redacted]: Appeal an account suspension or locked account [ref:00DA[redacted]K0A8.5004A00001vccJ3:ref] I modified my date of birth to correct an error, but it seems that creating the account before turning 13 was the reason for the suspension. I had parental consent and can provide identification and a birth certificate. Despite numerous appeals within the 30-day period, I received no response. I received an email from Twitter Support explaining delays due to COVID-19 and technical limitations preventing the reinstatement of accounts suspended for 30 days for age reasons. Even with continuous efforts before the 30-day mark, my account is now unreachable, shifted from suspended to permanently deleted. This situation feels unjust. Please help me resolve this. I implore you for assistance. Best regards, Sophie R.

When I tap on a Tweet link in the Facebook Messenger app on my Samsung Galaxy S10 5G, the links now open in the Twitter in-app browser instead of the Twitter app. I've tried everything possible - resetting settings, clearing defaults, app data, cache, reinstalling apps, and even a factory reset, but nothing fixes it. I've adjusted settings within the Twitter app itself and on my phone, but it's still not working. I even reached out to @TwitterSupport on Twitter, but no reply so far. I just want the Tweet links in Facebook Messenger to open in the Twitter app like they used to, not in Twitter's in-app browser. Thank you, Daniel

I am struggling to access my old Twitter account from five years ago as I have forgotten the password and no longer have access to the email or phone number associated with it. I've attempted to recover the email account without success due to its age. I have exhausted all options to regain access. My main request is for Twitter to either delete the account or at least make it private to prevent the public from viewing my past tweets. It is crucial since I am about to enter a professional job where the content on that Twitter could cause me problems if discovered. Despite Twitter stating they are unable to assist without access to the email, I am at a loss for what to do next. I am feeling quite anxious and would appreciate any help available.

Product: Twitter account. Issue: Difficulty logging in and receiving unhelpful automated replies. I am facing an issue trying to log in to my Twitter account. Each time I attempt, I receive an error message stating, "We had a problem sending your request. Please try again." Despite filing multiple help requests, the replies received are unhelpful automated responses guiding me to reset my password. Following these instructions, I have reset my password approximately eight times, but the login issue persists. I have attempted to log in around 20 times with no success. After submitting about six help requests, I continue to receive the same automated emails prompting me to reset my password, which does not resolve the problem. I am seeking assistance on how to reach a human representative to break this cycle of unhelpful automated replies.

Hello! I have observed that my account has been suspended. I have reviewed all terms and conditions on your support page and cannot identify any reason for my suspension. I have diligently followed all guidelines to ensure compliance. There were no prior warnings given. I am an avid Twitter user and kindly request clarification on the suspension so I can prevent it from reoccurring. I refrain from engaging in arguments, disrespecting content, and strive to share valuable content. Your prompt response would be greatly appreciated. The suspension due to manipulation and spam is a misunderstanding. I prefer keeping to myself and would sincerely appreciate the reinstatement of my account with a clear understanding to avoid future violations. Thank you.

Apologies in advance for any language errors. My Twitter account was locked due to someone attempting to access it. I changed my password for security, and Twitter locked the account as a safety measure. Unfortunately, my account recovery options are tied to an old phone number and email address. I feel terrible for not updating this information, but I am really eager to regain access to my account. Although creating a new account is an option, I have a deep attachment to my old one. Could you please assist me in recovering my account? Your help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
