After activating my two-factor authentication verification back in September, Monday night I opened twitter app on my phone and out of nowhere it asked for my identification by putting in my password. That was easy so I did so. However after putting my password in it then took me to a screen where I got receive a code by via SMS, Authentication Code or Backup Code. A text message was never sent to my phone, couldn’t access my Authentication code nor use my backup code. In fact when I checked to see what was on file for my phone number nothing was in the box. The same for my email but I was able to rest my password with my email. This same email has been on file since I’ve made my Twitter account back in ****. I don’t know what else to do so Twitter Support please help!
