I'm experiencing issues with loading on the platform. Whenever I attempt to refresh my timeline, it displays an error stating it can't fetch new tweets. The same problem occurs when trying to access my Direct Messages (DMs) or lists. My timeline remains stagnant with the same tweets from last night although they show real-time timestamps indicating they are from 11 to 15 hours ago. Even though I receive notifications for new tweets from specific accounts with notifications enabled on the app, I encounter problems viewing them. These issues persist when accessing twitter.com from various devices, suggesting it's not a device-specific problem. Despite my internet connection being stable, as I can use other online applications without trouble, it seems exclusive to this platform.

I recently set up a new computer and TV in mid-February, encountering some difficulties. I am a seventy-year-old disabled individual living alone, who struggles with remembering passwords. Unfortunately, I lost access to my 23-year-old Gmail account ([redacted]) due to forgetting the password and failing to answer security questions correctly. Despite attempts by three local technicians in SWFL, we were unsuccessful in recovering the account. Consequently, I created a new Gmail account ([redacted]) and started the tedious process of rebuilding my information. I am known as SWFLscribe, using a Mercedes Star avatar on a snow-covered hood. I was hoping for assistance in reestablishing my profile with the same username but the new email address. My updated phone number is [redacted] for reference. My Twitter account @dreamgirlsire was suspended, and despite multiple appeals over a month, I never received an email back. I created a new account @poutygirlsire with different details to access Twitter, but it got suspended a few days ago for violating the previous suspension. I appealed this but was denied due to alleged abusive behaviors from having multiple accounts. I've never had issues with Twitter before, so a permanent ban without warning or evidence seems overly harsh. Twitter is crucial for my mental health, with valuable resources and supportive friends there. As an 18-year-old girl, it's where I connect with my friends. I've familiarized myself with Twitter's rules now, and I hope this can be a learning experience rather than a permanent ban. My friends on Twitter are my lifeline through tough times at school and home, and not being able to access it has left me feeling isolated and helpless. I just want to use Twitter again and regain that support network.

I accidentally triggered an ad campaign due to a browser glitch. The campaign started without my confirmation on length or budget, running for three days before I could cancel it. This could be a system flaw or a deceptive practice. The default settings were for a 30-day campaign with a $[redacted] budget, without my input. With financial constraints during the pandemic, I cannot afford unauthorized charges of $[redacted]. I have been unsuccessful in reaching a human at the Advertising department for assistance. I have a significant following on Twitter of over 42,[redacted] followers, and I may share my experience on the platform.

About five days ago, my Twitter account @simplyyrubi was locked. When I tried to open the Twitter app, a confirmation page indicated that my account had been temporarily locked due to automated activity and violating Twitter's rules. I have never violated any rules and suspect someone may have been attempting to access my account. The confirmation page shows my old phone number ending in [redacted], which is no longer in service. I have tried contacting Twitter customer service seven times within the past 4 to 5 days, but have not received a response. My account does not contain inappropriate content and mainly consists of retweeting memes or posting makeup looks and selfies. I need to update my phone number or regain access to my account promptly. I am disappointed with Twitter's lack of responsiveness and support.

For the past 6 days, my account @smiiemaria has been shadowbanned, preventing my friends and followers from seeing my replies and receiving notifications for my direct messages. Despite not posting anything inappropriate, I received a message about limited account features and immediately verified my phone number. However, this has led to the same message popping up on all other accounts I access on my phone, including my main Twitter account. I am reaching out for assistance in lifting this ban so I can resume communicating with my friends. This account holds sentimental value as it contains special memories from years of use, and being home due to Covid-19 has made this situation particularly frustrating for me.

Please stop systematically blocking me on Facebook and other social networks. Cease attacking me online and at school and university. Refrain from infringing upon my freedoms and rights, as well as those of my friends. The constant blocking and suspending of social network accounts is unacceptable. Unfortunately, we exist within a capitalist world order that is wasteful. It is crucial for us to unite and take control of the global system and social networks. Together, we must combat fascism within the world system and challenge internet control. Let's come together against figures like Trump, Bolsonaro, Putin, and Salvini. We can and will make a difference!

I believe my account "KevinTerribly" has been suspended for something I didn't do. I suspect someone with an iPhone hacked my account and posted things, leading to frequent logouts. Can you please assist in unsuspending my account? I have followed all the rules and believe I did nothing wrong. Despite receiving an email stating my account is unsuspended, the suspended status still shows on my account. I am eager to regain access as I rely on it for news. My account, KevinTerribly, seems to have been suspended unfairly. I suspect that someone with an iPhone hacked my account and posted things without my knowledge. I believe I have followed all the rules correctly. I received an email stating my account is unsuspended, but it is still showing as suspended when I log in. I urgently need my account back to stay informed and connected during this critical time, especially regarding COVID-19. It is essential for me to access my account to check on certain individuals. My account got suspended after a confrontation with a Bernie supporter who falsely called me names. Even though I was the one unfairly targeted, Twitter blocked my account. It seems like Twitter only takes action against non-liberals, and I knew this might happen. What's frustrating is that I keep receiving multiple emails daily but can't access my account to stop them. Despite reaching out to Twitter six times over weeks to close the account, I have not received any response. Is it legal for them to keep sending emails to a locked-out account after numerous ignored attempts to address the problem?

After setting up my two-factor authentication last September, when I tried to log in to my Twitter app on Monday night, it prompted me to enter my password followed by additional verification. Despite not receiving a text message for the code, I couldn't retrieve the authentication code or use the backup code. Surprisingly, my phone number and email information seemed to be missing on the account settings. I managed to reset my password using my email, which has been linked to my Twitter account since [redacted]. I'm at a loss on how to proceed, so I am reaching out to Twitter Support for assistance.

Hello, I experienced issues with my Twitter account on 15th March when it was locked due to suspicious behavior. While trying to access my account, I encountered a human confirmation request, which I had seen before. However, this time, I did not receive the usual option of a code sent via messages but only a phone call. Despite waiting for a few hours, I did not receive any calls, and subsequent attempts were also unsuccessful. Consequently, my account became restricted. The phone number linked to my account is correct and has not been changed since its creation. I have received verification codes from Twitter on this number previously. Despite reaching out to Twitter via email and making a report, their response was not helpful. Unless there is a way to receive the verification code via a phone call, I am uncertain how to regain access to my account. Thank you, Hiba

I need help reactivating my Twitter account that was deactivated on Sunday, March 22. Someone accessed my phone, changed the password, and then deactivated the account. I have been trying to reset the password, but I am not receiving the verification code. I usually sign in with my phone number and do not have an email associated with the account. Twitter mentioned I have multiple accounts linked to the same phone number, which is true as my friends used it but have since logged out. I am requesting assistance in resetting the password or recovering my old password to regain access to my Twitter account. Thank you for any help you can provide.

I am unable to access my old Twitter account @jraustin771 as I no longer have access to the associated email ([redacted]). The email is inactive now and I would like to reset the password for my @jraustin771 account. I am requesting a password reset code to be sent to my mobile phone number ending in 20, but I have not received any codes despite multiple requests. If possible, I would appreciate it if you could manually send me the reset code to my phone number. To clarify, I have two Twitter accounts, and the other one, @jraustin93, is working fine.

I recently took a break from social media for a couple of weeks and as soon as I returned, my account was locked. This was due to automated behavior, possibly because I was using a 3rd party app to track my followers. When trying to recover access to my account, the app requires a confirmation code which is being sent to an old number I no longer have. Despite resetting my password via email, my account remains inaccessible without the confirmation code. I have a new phone number but have the same email address. I would greatly appreciate being able to regain access to my account through email confirmation and update my phone number. My account is important to me as I have built a following which is vital for my work. Thank you for your assistance in resolving this issue.

Dear all, My friends and I recently became admins of a fan page dedicated to an Italian actress, whom we are in contact with. One of us mistakenly entered a foundation date that made the page seem under 13 years old, leading to our account being blocked. To resolve this, the individual in question submitted documentation claiming we are an organization, as permitted by Twitter. However, we are now being asked for additional documents from a guardian. All members involved are of age and were when the account was created. We are a peaceful and family-friendly community, and losing our account would be a loss for everyone. I manage an account dedicated to a collaborative animated project called "Cuphead the Musical REanimated." I mistakenly changed the birthday to September 29th, [redacted], as a nod to the project's start date. My actual birthday is September 3rd, [redacted]. The account is now locked just a week before the animation's release, causing issues for me and the 90 animators involved. I urgently need the account to be unlocked before April 1st so I can coordinate with my team and ensure the video is released on schedule.

I'm unable to access my account due to suspicious activity, so the system prompted me to change my password. However, the password reset process is linked to my old email address, which I no longer have access to. I've tried reaching out multiple times but keep receiving the same response asking me to recover the old email address. Unfortunately, since I didn't have any Microsoft accounts associated with that email, this isn't feasible. I plan to contact Twitter daily until a proper resolution is provided. All I need is to reset my password without the old email address verification.
