I recently got locked out of my Twitter account due to a violation of the community guidelines. After a 12-hour suspension, I received a prompt to file an appeal. The notification mentioned that I was "appealing 0 tweets and deleting 0 tweets," and that my account would remain locked while the appeal for 0 tweets was being reviewed. It has been over two weeks, and I have submitted a few support tickets without any response. Is there a direct contact at Twitter that I can reach out to in order to address this situation?

Please remove the account labeled "Terrill [redacted]5" immediately. The content posted is abhorrent and unacceptable, involving inappropriate images and videos. Failure to act promptly will result in legal action. The material is offensive and must be taken down to prevent further harm. Your cooperation is necessary to avoid further escalation of this issue.

Twitter user @ihteshamafghan is a peaceful, law-abiding advocate for peace and stability in Pashtun land. They deserve to use their account as they work for human rights and have not misused it. It's important to raise our voices against injustices without sharing private information. Competitors are spreading lies, misleading Twitter, and reporting falsely. Hopefully, Twitter will restore the user's account soon. Appreciation for Twitter and Jacki.

Hello, I understand that I violated the age requirement when creating my account and accept the suspension. I have been an active user, enjoying the service and forming valuable connections. I kindly request a second chance to continue using the platform. Twitter is integral to my daily routine, providing me with great content and connections. I regret misrepresenting my age in [redacted] when I was slightly below the minimum requirement. As I approach my 20s, I acknowledge my growth since then and sincerely apologize for the mistake. I am eager to return to using Twitter, a platform I cherish. Thank you for considering my appeal.

I would like to sincerely apologize for my recent actions that led to the suspension of my Twitter account. I am truly sorry for any negativity I may have caused. Regrettably, my account being suspended has impacted me in various ways, particularly missing out on an opportunity from a YouTuber I admire who recently followed me and informed me that I won a giveaway. With my account inaccessible, I am unable to communicate via direct messages or tweets. I take full responsibility for my actions and am eager to make amends and demonstrate better behavior in the future. I kindly request the reactivation of my account.

I recently got a new phone and ever since then, I've been struggling to log into my Twitter account. The password reset page seems to be malfunctioning and keeps redirecting me back to the reset page. Every time I try to reset my password, it requires access to my Twitter account, which I don't have due to the login issue. Has anyone encountered this problem before? How did you resolve it? Unfortunately, I can't access my old phone to log in either. Thanks, Laura

My account @yesteengirls was unfairly suspended on January 22, [redacted]. According to Twitter, I allegedly broke some rules, which is completely untrue. I have carefully reviewed the rules and terms of service multiple times and cannot find a single rule that I have violated. I want to clarify a few points: 1) I only have one account. 2) I was only following [redacted] users. If Twitter does not provide me with a proper explanation for the suspension, I am prepared to take legal action. Please unblock my account and enhance your methods for detecting fake or spam accounts that genuinely violate the rules. Thank you.

A few days ago, I forgot my password and requested a reset. Unfortunately, I forgot to write it down. After trying again, I reached the maximum reset attempts. I waited for an hour as instructed but still couldn't reset my password. Is it possible for Twitter to generate a temporary password for me to access my account and set a new password that I can remember?

My Twitter account got locked when I changed my birthdate to September 9, [redacted], making me 17 years old. I was informed that users must be over 13 to use the platform, so this appears to be an error. Twitter mentioned they might delete tweets from when I was under 13, which I don't want since it would upset me. Thanks.

I recently had my twitter account locked due to age requirements. I updated my birthday on the platform to reflect that I recently turned 18, but twitter mistakenly locked me out, assuming I was under 13. I do not have a driver's license or any government-issued ID. It will take me 2-3 weeks to obtain a passport, so proving my age to twitter is challenging. They rejected my birth certificate, leaving me unsure of how to proceed.

I accidentally got locked out of my account due to my own mistake. I tried to log in using the app on my iPhone but couldn't access the two-step verification because of my old inactive phone number. Additionally, I forgot the verification code. I attempted to reset my password via email, but I got logged out of my account because it was active on my Android phone. I'm unable to recover it through email now. I submitted a report and a ticket, but the waiting time is too lengthy. Unfortunately, I'm in a different country, so calling the hotline is not an option. Any assistance would be appreciated.

Hello! I was temporarily suspended on Twitter two weeks ago for a rule violation and was banned for seven days. I submitted an appeal two weeks ago and have not received a response yet. I've been trying to send more appeals without receiving a confirmation email. I also sent them an email but haven't been able to delete my initial appeal. Previously, I could at least access my account, but now I can't even log in. The message "we are almost ready to send your appeal" has been showing for two weeks. What should my next steps be?

I find it very peculiar that Twitter continues to indicate that I have exceeded all attempts to change my password even after nearly 24 hours have passed since the issue arose. This problem arose yesterday afternoon (9th February [redacted]) when I attempted to change my password. The password support page kept looping me back to the Twitter page, and I received a persistent 'please try again later' message. When I attempt to change the password, I receive the same 'please try again later' message. However, when I try through my phone number, I receive a link that states my password has already been reset. Please assist me in finding a solution to this issue as I am worried that my long-standing account may now be lost in the depths of Twitter. Do I need to wait for Twitter to resolve this issue, or should I wait a few days and try again?

I recently received a notice about my account suspension for allegedly violating policy guidelines by using automation. This is inaccurate because I do not utilize growth or engagement bots. My analytics clearly show poor engagement, despite having a large following of over 30k followers. My account is not progressing as expected, receiving only around 2 likes per post. The suspension seems unjustified given my content focuses on business, motivation, and faith with minimal activity.

I've been using Twitter since [redacted]. I had multiple tweets featured in moments and sponsored content. I even monetized my account. Unfortunately, my main account @Synkami was deleted by Twitter after I, a black man, quoted a rap song using the word "niggas." Since then, the brands that paid me to tweet from their accounts stopped working with me. I find it unfair that accounts of racists and literal Nazis are allowed while mine, a black account, was removed for using that word. It feels illogical and anti-black.

It has been 18-19 days since my account was suspended. I submitted an appeal on January 28th but have not received any updates. It should not be difficult to receive a response if they are handling the appeals correctly. Another user insulted me about my appearance and job status by calling me fat and jobless. I responded with a retort to the insults. Twitter has not responded within the expected timeframe, and I have not heard back after appealing. I find it frustrating that my account is still suspended for tweets that I believe do not violate their rules against abusive behavior. I am seeking assistance to have my account unsuspended and to address this situation promptly.

My Twitter account, @classysilhouett, has been compromised for years, and despite changing my password, the issues persist. Whenever I gain followers, the count drops back to [redacted] and remains stagnant. I suspect foul play, potentially involving a prominent artist paying hackers to manipulate my social media presence. I would appreciate it if someone could investigate my account, reset any settings, or address any irregularities to allow me to fully utilize Twitter's features for promoting my brand.

Hello, I am having trouble accessing my account as it is requesting my old phone number, +[redacted]7, which I no longer use. My current phone number is +[redacted]16. Although I have my email and all other information, it insists on the old phone number, which I cannot provide. Despite trying to reset the password, I have had no success in resolving this issue. This account is crucial to me, and I have been a member since April [redacted] with approximately 25 followers. Thank you.

I tried reaching out to Twitter's customer service via email, and I am disappointed with the lack of help I received. Despite multiple attempts, all I received were generic automated responses that did not address my issue. I haven't used my Twitter account in around five years, and I want to deactivate it to remove my old social content. Unfortunately, I can't access the AOL email linked to that account anymore, making it impossible for me to log in or reset my password for deactivation. I would appreciate any advice on how to delete the account as this process is becoming frustratingly complex.

My account, @Natron_smith is connected to a College email address ([redacted]) which is no longer active. I also did not include a mobile number on the account. Due to switching to a new mobile device, I am now locked out and unable to remember my password. The typical solutions provided via email have not helped me as I cannot reset my password without access to the inactive email. I am stuck and urgently need assistance to recover my account.
